I've been doing most of the constrictor clamp girth exercises for one month. I gained in totol over .25 inches. My orignal mid-girth was 5.5 and I finished off at 5.80. I was doing these exercies about every other day. Sometimes I would do it 2 on 1 off using the ROP. But, after taking 4 days off straight with no exerices I lost everything!!! I'm now back down to 5.5. This is really sad and frustrating. If these gains are not going to last 4 or 5 days off from doing any exercises why even bother doing it then. You're going to be spending the rest of your life doing girth exercises knowing in your mind that it's only temporary gains. Kind of sad. To all those who have made great gains from clamp exercises, I dare you take a break!

Listen you have just started. You are basing your results over one month. I have been at this for 2 years and 1/2. I have gone from 4.5 in girth to 6.25. The results are permanent. However, you must be consistent. Do not give up hope. There will be times when you will get down. However, do not let it stop you from performing the exercises. It takes time. Just because you do not see results as quickly as you would like. It takes effort and a willingness to keep on trucking.

Everybody at some point or another gets down when they do not see results as quickly as possible. But you must remember what truly brought you here in the first place. The bottom line is you want a big "penis". So you must put hard work into the mix. Keep reading and learning about the penis. Talk to the veterans just whatever you do. Do not quit.

Penis Enlargement is not a short-term investment, it's long term. It takes determination and alot of effort. If you want a bigger penis, keep going at it. Just *playing* around with constrictor exercises here and there I've gained some girth, and this isn't even a workout, just messin around with em. And as far as I can tell, they are perminant, because I haven't lost what I gained and I haven't don't any constrictor stuff in like a week. So don't loose hope.

I think GIRTH takes a long time to cement. For me I do not ever credit myself with a GIRTH gain unless I have had it for over 4 months. GIRTH is all about maximum expansion, the particular GIRTH exercise can be any that work for you, as long as you get you MAXIMUM EXPANSION for that session. This, over course, in temp. but eventually this temp. gain will cement itself.

One month is nothing.
Get ya ass into it for at least SIX MONTHS.
You also said ya used the ROP , well get a CLAMP.
I have also posted pictures of what my manhood was like over a year ago and also new ones, a week ago...anyone can see they have changed for the better.
Also I miss ALOT of workouts, I do what I call ''EggShell'' workouts, meaning they can be done anytime as the have no real routine behind them at all.
I aint lost anything, been doing these for over 2 years, thats over TWENTY FOUR MONTHS.
You dared me take a break lol look in my routine thread, I'm ON A BREAK NOW havent done anything since the last input there.
I advise you , ckear the negative thoughts in ya head and get ya ass into shape.
Buy a clamp, Download the Constricter Guide and READ IT.
Do a routine for 1 on 1 off lasting 6 months AT LEAST.
This will get the penis into the sessions and cement growth.

This stuff is permanent, but I can only say this for ONE person .. ME, cos no one has done it long enough.
I wont start makeing wild statements like some about this being some sort of miracle exercise and growth secret etc etc etc.
But I didnt waste over 7 hours writing the guide for my health, I did it cos I BELIVE this is it.
As I say, try it for 6 months 1 on 1 off than have say 2/4 weeks off and see if ya loose anythin.

You will see short term goals with girth but dont take a break until you have been going one on one off for at least a few months. It took me 6 months to gain a permanent .25 girth so expecting it to be cemented in one month is unrealistic. Girth is much harder to gain than length (at least for me).

Red's constrictor guide is very detailed and put together well you will see gains but you have to be persistant and dedicated to see permanent gains.

Myself, I have been off of girth excercises for almost a month because I figure if I take some time off then come back into it hard I will be able to get over my slump. In order to be able to take time off girth though, you have to keep at it for a few months till you know your temp gains become permanent.

All the best with your excercises. You may have lost the temp girth you gained but that will be easy to get back. Keep at it for a few months to make those gains stick!

I have been using the cable clamp (red one) I should have stated that. After every session I wear the ROP. I'll do girth exercises for 6 months like you all suggessted. Is one on one off the best schedule for clamping exercises?

jeeeez, I dunno I aint a wizard who knows everything.
This clamp shit is still new, I tested it very REGULER for the first 6 months or so, for a 1 on 1 off basis, this I belive cements many growth gains and gets the penis into a form, like an athlete and running getting his/her body into peak condition for the competitions.

I would say 1 on 1 off is BEST for the 1st 6 months, than do what ya want.
Me, I do ''EggShell'' routines, which are sessions anytime I can be arsed or get time to do 'um''..could be 4 on 2 off, 1 on 1 off, 3 on 4 off, 2 on 5 off etc etc etc
But for the newguy, this one on one off is like I said, to get it into that cement stage and peak form if ya will .... but 2 on 1 offf sounds okay.
Also the red clamp you mention, doesnt happen to always be the medium sized one, so dont take that as fact, myn is grey and many appear as yellow ... depends on what pack and area you live in.

You say you finished at 5.8" up from 5.5", when did you measure the 5.8"?
If I measure after girth clamping work I am usually 5.75-5.825" up from 5.625", this effect can last for hours. You remain bloated so you should only be measuring late at night on your days off.

You measured 4 days later and have made no gains. Don't give up. Some say the tunica is hard to stretch and once stretched it takes time for the inner structures to fill up this new space.

Well, I and 2 other guys on another forum were the first to be guinea pigs in a cock ring experiment to see if we could gain by wearing them 24/7, and yes first 2 weeks i gained allright, until i lost my zip tie and never bothered to replace it. but I lost all the gains i made but i had only been doing em for 2 weeks.

This is what happens when you don't read the forum as much as you can. I always get people asking me how I lose gains if they are permanent. You would know if you took the time to read! It's all here! Cementing is KEY!

I started in the fall of 2011 with patience and consistency. I don't keep stats anymore..I just maintain like a body builder goes to the gym. The key to permanent is over time. you grew from a baby to a man over time. anything done too quick will have some syfi channel horrific ramifications worthy of "never do that." A program routine will help you. Manual, clamping, pumping , extending, hanging , Redz Frendos and some type of enhancement supplement of your informed choice will help you see and achieve your goals.
