Hi!
I've only been doing this since 1st of March (I hanged out at the Penis Enlargement Gym forum) when I started at 6,3 " BPenis EnlargementL. I measured by holding a hard-plastic ruler along the penis and shoving it in as far as it would go. That way I'm now at 7,67" BPenis EnlargementL but I think it's a very wierd way to measure so I've changed to holding the ruler vertical along the dick so it hits my pubic bone and can't go under it. That leaves my lenght at about 7" - 7.3". I think most of that is probably EQ gain.
Anyway.
I was up until recently measuring my girth with one of those metal-things (retractable in a small circular shape) and it said my girth was 5.7" (which it has been since start) but I measured with a tailors tape and it reads 5.5" instead.
That puts me at 5.5 (+0) in girth, and 7-7.3 (+0,7-1") in length after 4 months.
In the beginning I used this routine:
Stretch to the left: 50 quick kegels
-"- right: 50..
-"- up: 50...
-"- straight out: 50...
Then repeat this 2 times.
After this I would do 3 sets of 50 dry jelqs and then I would be done.
Well, I'm growing tired of it and in the recent month I've only been doing the stretchings 1 time instead of 2 and I've almost completely thrown out the jelqs. I just couldn't see myself wasting 5 hours a week doing jelqs without feeling anything afterwards.
I want to reach 20cm in BPenis EnlargementL which is about 7.87" and 15 in girth with is 5.9".
My main goal would be to keep my current length and get that girth, what should I do? I don't want to use equipment because I find it to be a little too extreme for me.
I've tried supra slammers but I can only do about 3-5 before I cum and they don't feel THAT good whilst doing them, I'm not really feeling any extreme pressure.
