Gripping for Stretching?

Hi,

I have been having trouble getting a good grip for doing stretches . The problem is I have read its best to avoid the area on the top of the penis just below the glands, as there are nerve bundles here. How do I stretch while avoiding this area?

I use an upsidedown palm facing out grip, move the forskin toward the base and make the grip, usually with a grip aid such as toilet paper. Works great without hitting the nerve bundle .

I make an "OK" grip or I sometimes use another finger or two. Then I make sure I have all skin pulled back toward the base. I squeeze and gently pull to feel if I have a hold on the tunica.
