Hi,

I have been having trouble getting a good grip for doing stretches . The problem is I have read its best to avoid the area on the top of the penis just below the glands, as there are nerve bundles here. How do I stretch while avoiding this area?

thanks,
bigbedu

Latex gloves work for me the best!

I use an upsidedown palm facing out grip , move the forskin toward the base and make the grip , usually with a grip aid such as toilet paper. Works great without hitting the nerve bundle .

I use a bandana. The material is thin and a lot more comfortable

Where do you grab though? At the base and pull? Or near the Glans?

Just below the glans on most stretches . Using some baby powder really helps with grip too. You may also want to experiment with different grips and interchange them, this will help you get strong in all grip positions.

I make an "OK" grip or I sometimes use another finger or two. Then I make sure I have all skin pulled back toward the base. I squeeze and gently pull to feel if I have a hold on the tunica.

What mowinman said. Tissue/toilet paper is an excellent stretch aid, although it can be a bit rough on the skin if your not too careful.
