Read somewhere that it's bad(?) doing stretches where you pull on the head of your D, and that one should try to pull from the shaft. Or something like that.. The info kinda flew past the screen and I can't remember where I read it.

Something to consider, or just bullocks?

Your grip should be just below the head, never grab by the head. You can grab lower to cause a different type of stretch called Expressive Stretches, but generally you will grip just below the head. Read through the first post in SRT and it will explain this in much more depth.

Under the head or lower when stretching.

Think of the corona as being the leverage point of stretching. This gives a small bridge to stretch against.

I always grip as low on the shaft as possible, always did, except for flaccid bundles.
Never made sense to me to do it otherwise, maybe in the beginning I grabbed a little bit higher... possible

and you gained 2 inches just from grabbing low on the shaft? amazing

I have my pinky around the head, ring finger around the coronal ridge, and middle and index on the shaft. I've never been able to get a decent stretch with any other grip.

I side a bit with Munto on this one albeit a bit different. I vary the stretch points with each different set to try and work the entire shaft. Try a DLD blaster or a stretch from mid-shaft grip, tunica killer.

I almost forget when I do not look at my signature, lol
But you could be right.

When I do DLD-Blasters or bundled stretches I tend to grip below the head, like I said, other than that it is mostly as low as possible or even behind the testicles with BTT-Hanging

Low grip is very powerful in bringing out internal length, or Expressive Stretching. As you go higher up the shft the stretch will go to the ligaments more. I grip right below the head, just under the corona ridge for all basic stretches, erect stretches, bundled stretches. Grip lower or strap in lower in the LengthMaster you are bringing gains out.

When i grip mid shaft i dont feel much of a stretch just my tunica being brought up

I always grip just below the head at corona, because if I go for mid, I'm afraid my skin is gonna be stretched also, and might end up with extra skin on my dick which is not my desire.
Only way when I grip it elsewhere but corona is when Im doing ulis, I see ulis as mix of internal stretching and tunica expansion, correct me if Im wrong

This really demonstrates how 'personal' PE is...I grip as low as possible w/my left hand and then go behind-the-sac with my right and am able to have a secure grip for all my stretches

Well uli is girth so it make sense to grip mid for the expansion

I was thinking when you grip deep at base and pull out to maximize pressure, you get internal stretching...Like when you hit two flies with one hit.

Gripping just below the head is going to be a ligamental stretch, as you make you way down the shaft the stretch becomes more and more expressive bringing gains from within.

Agreed with bro DLD, PE is really simple if you put your brain and hands on work!

i never feel the same feeling in ligament stretch when you stretch inner penis, is this normal?
