Who here is having problems getting a good lasting grip while doing stretches ? Some recommend baby powder for this dilemma. Baby powder really did'nt work for me too well. So this is how I get a good grip while doing stretches . I lightly pinch just below the glands, and do a kegal, this rushes blood to the glands area of the penis. You do not want to get an erection doing this. Just get enough blood in there so your glands becomes engorged. Then while holding a kegal grab with an O.K grip right below the glands or at the bottom of the glands. Adjust your grip so it is comfortable. Tighten your grip, thus you are trapping blood into the glands. Begin your stretch , your glands should have more girth than the rest of your penis, making it impossible to slip out of this grip. You should be able to hold a stretch as long as you like using this technique. It works great for me enabling me to have intense stretching sessions!!!! I hope this helps someone!!!
