K guys, maybe some of you already do this, but i stumbled upon it doing my newbie stretches today. Using the reverse okay grip, grip your penis about an inch to a half inch from the head, with the 2 or three fingers you have left (pinky, ringer finger, middle finger) hold a desk that is waist high. Now instead of pulling with your reversek okay grip to get the stretch, pull your body back a little while holding your dick and the desk. You get the newb stretch w/o pulling w/ your hand. The benefit of this is my dick didn't fill up completely w/ blood and feel like it was going to burst.
 
It is great to find sturdy household objects to assist in intensifieing a stretch. Today I did some Counter Stretches BTC and boy does that add some strength. Nice exercise!

I find that this works good for me too. I usually grab ahold of the bathroom sink and pull back off of it. It does give a good stretch.

BTW, I did this while clamped a couple nights ago. I had a raging hard on because of the clamp, then grabbed the head and pulled back off the bathroom sink like you described. I got the strangest feeling down in my lower abdomen...not pain exactly, but just a interior sort of lurch. When I looked down, I saw that my penis was extended further than normal. Instead of being excited, it kind of scared me, because it looked odd. If took off the clamp and massaged myself and everything seemed to be normal, but I am curious to try that again and see if it happens. Don't want to injure myself, though...

Another BTW: clamping rocks! I clamped last night for like twenty minutes, while kegeling hard, and my penis looked HUUUUUGEEEE!! I wanted to use it on the wifey, suprise her, cause it stayed pretty big, even after the clamp was off, but she was too tired... she doesn't know what she's missing out on. I haven't told her about the clamping yet...but she's going to find out as soon as I stick it in next time.
 
I've noticed that my stretches have gotten alot more intense since I've been working out. I haven't done any work on my arms, specifically, but my triceps have gotten stronger as a by-product of other exercises, and that means I have a better ability to push my lower arm outward.

The most I've seen happen when I stretch is sometimes the skin will rip and peel (no blood, though). Never had an "extended" look like you're talking about.

"Rip and peel?" Holy crap! I think I am very lucky to have stretchy skin! The worst thing I get is a little bit of the red spots (sometimes) and my shaft will look kind of purply, but even that only last a little while after I pe.

Pictures? Yeah, right. I'd love that. The wife, on the other hand, would not, unfortunately. She's shy.
