K guys, maybe some of you already do this, but i stumbled upon it doing my newbie stretches today. Using the reverse okay grip, grip your penis about an inch to a half inch from the head, with the 2 or three fingers you have left (pinky, ringer finger, middle finger) hold a desk that is waist high. Now instead of pulling with your reversek okay grip to get the stretch , pull your body back a little while holding your dick and the desk. You get the newb stretch w/o pulling w/ your hand. The benefit of this is my dick didn't fill up completely w/ blood and feel like it was going to burst.
