i just finished my stretching newbie routine and again had another pop with the foot long stretch. does anyone know if their gains picked up after they had there ligs pop?
I don't know if they've helped me but I've started to avoid exercises where I'll know the ligs will pop since I think that they are extremely uncomfortable...
I think pops are a good sign. I always seem to gain when I get them. At least you know you're stretching good enough if shit is popping and cracking in there!
