came in the mail in a little ass box, pretty excited, just hung 2 20 minute sets at 7.5 lbs, finally i am feeling fatigue again after a month and a half off from hanging or stretching in general. hopefully this will jump start my gains and get me to 7.5 before college in the fall. I have been doin some girth stuff but havent really measured, not my main focus right now
