What did you think is a good/ideal weight to gain from hanging .

I know its hard to say because everybody is different.
But there must be weight which ís good for a lot of men.

Another question:Is there a limit in weight(i know that it will be impossible to hang with a tank) ?

Youre right, thats a near impossible one to answer bud. Some guys can start (very few) with 10-15lbs right off, most have to start with the 2-5lbs range. Many guys start seeing gains when they first begin hanging . So, that could be in the 5-10lb range or less. Just because of the fact, it's the first time they have ever put any amount of resistance on their penis for any amount of time.

On the limit, thats also hard to answer. I've heard of guys getting up to as much as 45lbs. I currently use between 25 and 30lbs, but I believe in using the most weight possible, and making the most of every set. Also, it has taken some time to get up to this weight level, ya cant just jump up to it. Unlike manual stretching , hanging takes more time for the penis to adapt to, because youre placing a set level of resistance on it for much longer time than you ever could with your hands. Even though most guys can pull harder with their hands than most guys can hang in weight (at least at first) with a hanger . Once a guy has gotten to the 30lbs range, he definitely has the upper hand over a manual stretcher.

I thought it was 20lbs up,than you have advantage over a manuel stretcher.

Do you think its better to go up in weight fast or is it better to wait(no pain,no injury, just go up because you are able to).
Im only 2 month in hanging .My weight is 16 lbs.I think its alot for this short time period,or isnt it?
