Hey I am new but I have come across something here.
I started to warm up and do my stretches in my spa, and have
found that I can really get to the ligs this way, a better stretch .
must be the heat. try it it seems to work for me.
Read a thread on another forum I use. The suggestion of using a heat lamp, not real close seemed to help according to the poster. Several others had posted on the subject, some positive, others negative. Found it interesting none the less. I am keeping an eye on it to see what others have to say on it.
