Get about 50% or a little more erect. Take one hand like shown in the first pic and pull forward about as far as I have. Hold the grip tight right thur. Then, as shown in pic two, take the other hand and do as shown. Squeezing the two hands together, and pushing the blood in the shaft forward of the first hand into the glans more. Swells it up past the bumpy stage into the smooth stretched glans stage and fills out the ridge really nice.
