ok what foods and snacks do you guys recommend to boost test. levels naturally? and are thier food that would incourage firmer erections etc??

Sometimes a diet that is too low in fat will lower your test, so adjust accordingly. You also need cholesterol to make test.

I try to hit up Jack N' The Box at least a couple times a month. Their Ultimate Bacon, Bacon Burger is the shit.

I dont know what food "naturally" boost testosterone but there are supplements...herbals like Tribulus Testerwhatever.....just go to a vitamin store or a GNC and ask em about the Tribulus.

Any ideas for a healthy desk drawer snack? Other than nuts,

pumpkin seeds are good for sexual health as they have loads of zinc! If you do get these, try to get the raw, instead of the roasted, as the raw seeds will still contain all of there nutrients.

Snack Ideas

Raw vegetables - Wash and cut up raw vegetables. Store in the refrigerator for ready-to-eat

snacks. Serve with a low-fat dip.

Fresh fruits & fruit juices - Wash fruit and keep handy for snacking.

Low-fat grain foods - bagels, pretzels, whole-grain breads w/ jelly, low-fat crackers, and English muffins.

Low-fat dairy foods - skim milk, low-fat yogurt, ice milk, skim milk pudding, and low-fat cheese.

Sunflower seeds are awesome. I bought some spicy ones. They are great when I am in front of the TV because they keep me occupied and eating for hours and when all is said and done I probably burned more calories trying to open them then the amount I ate.

Also I get a sweet tooth sometimes at night and the new line of low or no carb Russell Stoffer chocolates really hit the spot.

Fruit is good. I think fruit should make up a large part of our diets. Our teeth are shaped very similarly to a chimp's teeth, and as we know, tooth shape determines what kind of food we should eat. So I think fruit really is a big part of our natural diet. I'm reading up some about this, and starting a new diet. I load up on fruit first thing in the morning, and since it digests quickly (more evidence that we should eat lots of it; it's very easy on the digesive tract) I snack on it until lunch. Lunch is some meat or fish and maybe some eggs, with some sort of raw green leafy vegetable (I'm using spinach for now). Passibly snack on some more fruit if you get hungry before dinner, and then for dinner eat a larger version of lunch. If need be you can snack on more fruit if you get hungry. Before bed have some vegetable juice. Fruit smoothies are great for snacking also during the day. Yum!

Oh yes, and I think there is a reason that people naturally like fruit. Notice not everyone likes meat. Not everyone likes seafood. Not everyone likes veggies. But I have yet to meet anyone that didn't like fruit. Maybe they didn't like kiwi or mango, but I don't know anyone that dislikes fruit in general. I think this is because we are built to eat lots of fruit.

My biggest problem with snacking is whatever I can't eat I want to eat. I mean if someone told me chocolate was good for me I would no longer crave it.

i just eat fruit as a snack, but if theres no more fruit, then all hell breaks loose and its a frenzy for whatevers in the cabinet!!!!! muahahaha

PUNISHydromaxENT FOR MY SINS

Last night I got a craving for a Ring Ding, hell 2 ring dings, and I payed dearly for this. It was about 2Am and dark as fuck in my crib. I worked my guilty ass to the kitchen and grabbed a package of Ring Dings. I made my way back to the couch and carefully opened them so JEN would not hear the familiar sound of a Hostess treat being opened. I proceeded to swallow both cakes, almost whole. I sat there enjoying the processed sugar taste for about 10 minutes then I settled in on the couch to watch a movie feeling very accomplished that I got away with my crime. JEN came down stairs and saw the incriminating evidence of the wrapper on the coffee table (sort of like leaving the in the VCR) She quickly reprimanded me and I had no choice but to come clean. First I told her it was an individually wrapped vegetable but she didn't believe me:D

Today I was sitting at my computer working when my son came over to visit. He spotted the box of Ring Dings with one package left and asked if he could have it. Unwillingly, I said yes (sort of like a Heroin addict giving away his last hit). He sat down on the couch and started to unwrap my last package of Ring Dings in the bright morning sun of a brisk New England morning. I then hear a shrill and him spitting the Ring Ding all over the living room floor. I look over and say, "What the fuck?!" He says, "Daddy, there are spider webs all over these Ring Dings." I am complete perplexed at this point and grab the half eating package from him. As my eyes focus on this wonderful pack of Heaven it is quickly and abruptly interrupted by huge, hairy patches of mold covering the chocolate bliss. At this point I realized that the Ring Dings I swallowed whole last night most likely gave me my Penicillin dose for at least 6 months.

Moral of the story, I don't really know but I can tell you this my Hostess days are over!

Cyclops, you're absolutely correct. I started eating like that about ten years ago.

Fruit is pretty much a human being's perfect food. If eaten alone, on an empty stomach, like cyclops does, it will be out of your stomach 20-30 minutes. Another benefit of this is that it takes very little, if any, energy to digest it; and being that the human body will expend a great deal of energy trying to digest food, you can imagine what this can do for your energy level.

A pretty general rule of thumb is to eat as much fresh, whole, unprocessed foods as you get.
