Been away for a while hope everyone's doing well.

I don't know if anyone posted something like this before if so, salute to you. My body subconciously kegels all day long and I realized my pc muscle doesn't get a burn anymore so I wanted to up the intensity. Get a pair of tight fitting underwear with an elastic waist band. Get fully erect (���� will help during this exercise) while laying down and Move your penis in position to where it's pointing at your belly button. Now put the elastic over your penis to where you only see a little bit of the glans. Kegel away my friends.

We're doing good. Someone posted a similar thing. Too many usernames to remember but someone certainly has talked about subconsciously kegeling. Or "involuntary kegels".

s the band on the underwear supposed to be a force against your penis for kegeling?

Yeah think of it as like a resistance band that you would use for exercise. It makes you have to kegel harder to kegel fully.

That makes sense. This is a great exercise by concept. I'll try it tonight.

I think this is the first time I'm seeing a post about subconsciously doing kegel. I wish I have this type of problem.
