With all the appraisals from Supras Super slammer technique I gotta add them to my routine so now it will look like this.


Roughly 6AM

5 min Hot Wrap
10 min DLD 110 pulse stretches
10 min Dry Jelq then going into Supras Super Slammers for 6 Reps
more stretching
Clean off with Warm water

If i cant get in 6 Reps i will try to get in as many as i can while Time Permits

Normal/110 Pulse Stretching Throughout the day as Time permits (Can't wait for the Tugger ^_^ )



Roughly 8pm

Same as the morning except i will do 10 minutes of wet Jelqing this time.

I will add 2 Reps of Slammers Each Week and see how well it goes.

Any Suggestions/Comments are Welcome.

Also i plan to do this routine either 6on 1 off, 7on 0 off, or when my penis just feels tired and cant sustain a good erection while jelqing. Then i know he definately needs a day off. My goal is a good 8.5 NBEL x 6 EG or whatever the highest girth i can get and still be able to get some GOOD head. I don't want the head where the girl mouth can only go JUST past the head I still wanna see some deepthroat action!

Any suggestions/comments welcome.
