Hi. I am planning to take a 4/5 months break on my pe journey. The time i dedicate to my excercise is needed elsewhere. But i do not want to lose my gains. Can anyone plz suggest a routine Which i can follow in this period.

A good maintenance program will not only keep your gains secure but it may bring more gains. For someone who was only looking to maintain as they have reached their final goal I would recommend the Newbie Routine once a week. But for someone looking to maintain and still gain after a break I would give different advice. You will want to train everyday while on break. Get in all work throughout the day, not all at once so lets us look at it this way' You have 4 bathroom breaks a day for 3-5 minutes each. Visit 1 get in upward stretches, Visit 2 get in straight out stretches, Visit 3 get in downward stretches, Visit 4 get in 5 minutes of jelqing. You can get in as many Kegels as you desire, the more the better. This should keep you at your current size and may even bring more.

I also suggest at the Phallosan as a way to keep everything going and gaining while away. This can be used under clothing the entire day and night. This would definitely bring gains over that period.
