Exactly! It is best to make it a home for life, even after making gains Brothers should stick around to give back.

Yessir in it for the long haul baby! I’ve already logged over 10 hours in it and in on day 2 so far.

I’ve got to be my accountability partner for myself and I’ve got to use visual motivation from the progress forum to achieve my goals.

DLD have you ever heard or recommend people try edging to try to temporarily increase blood flow before or in between the uses of the PF? I did that yesterday, I would have stretched for some more time yesterday but my lady had other plans when she got home from work.

Edging is a great exercise for lasting longer and gaining girth. It also increases ejaculation distance and power. Knowing that people can increase head size using the Phallosan I would say your method is right in par with this new information.

Yea ill try to make sure to edge before and sometimes in between my sessions, I do need to be more mindful and try anf kegel when in my PF. So tomorrow is my first day off for 3 days straight, to give my base of my dick a break, I’ll try to assemble the Phallogenetics tomorrow with some scrap tools and some pieces of equipment with my old tugger mod. If I can get some success I’ll post some pictures.

Kegel while wearing the Phallosan is going to be productive.

The Phallogenetics is the best modification ever!
 
Hey everyone I’m back at it after a massive flare up of an old football back injury, I was in and out of the hospital, X-rays, MRI, too many pills to count. I’m happy that now with acupuncture, acupressure and the benefits of CBD oils, I’m back and stretching with the Phallosan again. And man did I miss it dearly.

I did notice that my PF feels quite a bit looser then previously, maybe because I lost a little weight due to my lack of appetite from some of those pills. My waist is around 32”-33” and the belt is tightened all the way, does anyone have some ideas as to maintain the tension?

You can tighten the belt around your waist. Take a good look at the belt, you should be able to make it tighter.
