Do most of you guys gain faster girth by training usually almost erect or partial erect. I can get more blood in by partial erect if I squeeze at the bottom than full erect. Any ideas? I have been trying more of a fuller erect with DL's girth excercises and its workign wonders already in a short period of time.What does everyone else think about this.

I like to bounce around in a single session. If I am doing Dual Dry Jelqs I will start out at 100% erect and towards the end of a set I may be down to 80%. I like to do Isolated Compression Squeezes or DLD Bends at this density. I think when I work girth it's beneficial to go from 100% erect down to 80% then back up many times...I think it helps with expansion.
