Girth mechanism confussion

I dont understand everyone preach that girth work involves days off , but why we cant lets say clamp everyday to keep the expansion the most time we can , it has no sense for me. If someone can teach me i will appreciate


 
It’s honestly personal preference for me let’s say for example if I do girth work 3 days in a row and on the 4th day I can’t get a 100% erection I will rest that day I personally don’t like doing girth work on days I can’t get fully erect for me this has helped me most in my opinion balancing work and rest but like I said if you can handle it everyday go for it but always be cautious and listen to your body.
 
Its funny but i work girth with a 1" piece of silicone sleeve at 10 mins that fills my penis with blood , the thing is i dont know how many sets per day to do
 
Oh ok so I’ll let someone more advance answer that then . The silicone sleeve you use do you like it ? I’m thinking of getting one to what’s your take on it? Sorry for getting off topic just wanna know.
 
I bought many large tubes at the drug store i have many pieces of diff lenghts , its tight enough to fill the penis with blood , but when its fresh new its very tight so i would suggest be very careful until it soften
 
Please give me your feedback if you plan to try it , if you feel that is working , any detail

DLD doesn't clamp, so best not asking him directly on it. I had a guide on clamping years ago, its on PEGym right now and ironically I cant access my own guide :D that would have helped you.

I would stick to just 10 minutes each day, no more no less.

In that 10 minutes make sure you were fully erect, and keep aroused, kegel often to push new blood flow through the penis.

DO NOT allow the penis to go a bad color like blue or purple, which in 10 minutes it should not anyway, but be vigilant. You dont need too much tightness either when you start off.

What are you using to clamp?
 
i did 12 sets of 20mins yesterday , i feel horny and woke up with a boner. Im using a 1.5" piece of silicone sleeve (this isnt my first clamp experience) , in one of DLD's videos he talks about girth and he says to keep the expansion state as long as possible im planing not taking days off , i think personally that hes right , when it comes to girth you have to keep that expansion for the longest period of time possible so days off has no sense for me , isnt 8-9 hours of sleep plus the rest of day , i only train at night.

My biggest concern is thrombosis and discoloration. If you’re able to get through the sets with no damage and you feel confident that your penis is not being put at risk then go for it. Remember that clamp thing is a very dangerous exercise. Clamping takes study, patience and mastery. If you rush this process or if you take on too much too soon you will see thrombosis.

Exactly healing in our expanded or elongated state will promote much faster healing which is just as important as gaining. But 12 sets of 20 minutes and you’re OK? You must have a penis of titanium LOL. Well there’s people here that are able to handle much more than others and you seem to be like that so please heed the warning’s and progress with caution.
 
Maybe because i use a 1.5" long piece of silicone sleeve where the preasure it cannot be modified by human hands but its tight enough to make my penis really fat , i love to see my penis so fat in flacid state , i think i found the exercise for me because i always been asking around for exercises while erect and clamp is one of them , thats why also i was asking recently about clamping givin lenght gains.

You remind me of myself and the way that you’re willing to take great risks to make huge advancements in PE. And I think you also know the risk and reward balance in this. I always weigh the rest against the rewards being sure that it’s worth the sacrifice. I took many huge jumps off of cliffs nobody else would to see if it was possible to make gains in any one way or another. Thank God that I have never hurt myself during these projects but also the guy that I was able to do them because if I didn’t hundreds of exercises would’ve never been created.
 
Man , i saw all your videos from youtube , in one of the you state that the penis is very resilient and that some man hold back because of fear , and im sure my thrombosis from jelq and the PAIN i suffered is rewarding me somehow but i will be caution this time , and yeah 12 sets of 20 mins may sound crazy but who knows if i can do it everyday thats why im in a state of i run i stop i run i stop
