Hi guys,

I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for about a month now and have gained 1/4" in girth so far. I'm only doing about 300 wet jelqs per day. I'd really like to focus the majority of my time/intensity on girth exercises.
Am I ready yet, or still too newbie to do more intense girth workouts? If so, any suggestions on a good routine?

Also, what is a good sign of correct pressure for a wet jelq workout. If I'm developing little purple spots on my shaft afterwards, is that a sign of good pressure, or am I taking it too far?

Also (LOL, sorry), I sometimes feel a little sore from squeezing my upper shaft while stretching , it's hard to maintain a good grip while strecthing, any suggestions?

i say give it time if u've been doing Penis Enlargement only for a month you should wait until your third or fourth month so that ur penis is much stronger..

its normal to get little spots.. its actually good because you know that ur doing it correctly.. about the spots i say work throu them.. dont take any break.. they will eventually go away..

latex gloves or baby powder are great for stretching .. in my experience i use latex gloves and they are the best IMO

Eaglesfan, you need to check out DLD's newbie routine in the top of this Newbie forum. By now you could be doing 600 two second jelqs .

Don't make the same mistake I made and only do girth exercises. I didn't gain much girth until I also incorporated a vigorous stretching routine. I have found that to gain girth, you also need to follow a good lengthening program.

Maybe DLD can add to this.
