Hi guys, I've been pe-ing for the last 6 weeks. 8.5 weeks in total. (3 weeks rest b/c of thrombosed vein). My problem is I can't seem to gain any freakin' girth. Less than .1 inch in total. Maybe stretching it i got .15. I've jelqed and done dld girth busters routine, but none makes my penis expand to a larger girth during the workout. I'm now doing continual base squeezes for 20 mins b/c I dont have a clamp. I base squeeze til i get soft and continue. then i'll do some horse squeezes. But even doing this, my during workout girth maybe expands by .05. Since my penis isn't expanding, does this mean I wont seen girth gains. Yet it seems like i'm getting full engorgement, b/c my penis turns bright red from the ulis (base squeezes). ANyone who can help or provide suggestons please do.
 
6 weeks ? Some people don't gain girth over 6 months, stick with your routine until your unit is in good enough shape to move onto more advances/dangerous exercises. Think long term buddy.
 
I would invest in some cable clamps($4 for a pack at Wal-Mart) and download "The Guide". When I do girth work with a clamp I increase my girth close to half an inch. Ive only been doing it for a week so I don't know if I've yielded any permanent gains from it yet, but I dont think I could produce that kind of pump manually and sustain it for any amount of time.
 
6 weeks is not enough time to produce any noticeable girth gains. It takes a lot of time and effort to gain girth...I know that's not what you want to hear, but that's the way it is and the way it always will be. Just keep at it and don't measure as often and you'll be pleased as you make noticeable progress over the months...
 
clamping and high intensity, engorged jelqing methods will help, such as horses.

You should judge the intensity by how it feels. It should feel intense like when you're doing a hamstring stretch, feeling really uncomfortable. Every day try squeezing a tiny bit harder.
The tunica is designed to stretch and retract back to its normal size. You really gotta hammer it (safely) to see permanent increases.
 
Clamping or do some semi-erect bundles!! I love those things. If you do a search for them you should be able to find them, if not then let me know.

Electric, didn't you have some great girth gains not too long ago? I've been meaning to find out what the routine was during that time because I remember seeing your progress pics and being really blown away.

Well for about 2 or 3 weeks straight, I was doing nothing but the semi-erect bundles. Here's how it went:

Edge
4 Semi-Erect Bundles to the left and right
Edge

That's all. I did that morning and night and I gained from 4.9" to about 5.25".. Pretty amazing! :D

It's definately my new favorite exercise! Actually, I believe I have some pics laying around here somewhere. Lemme see if I can dig them up for you.

Hmm, I do think that an engorgement (girth temporarily thicker after a session) is vital to gaining permanent size. Don't despair, I Penis Enlargement'd for years before I figured it out, so you're not a no-gainer, you just haven't found your niche. Try either Girth Busters and/or cable clamps. They are the 2 most effective maneuvers for my girth.
 
Gandolf I just did a 20 minute clamping session (first one ever). While clamping, my girth increased about .3 inches. But immediately when I took the clamp off when I was done, i went back to normal size. Is this normal, or should the temporary increase stay for a few hours.
 
No, it doesn't have to stay pumped right after. See what happens in the next few days. I always grow the next few days after a girth session. 2-3 days afterward gets better and better. But, that's me.
 
okay, thanks man. After my 3rd clamp session in a row, i'm take a day or two off. Its scaring the shit out of me to see my dick turn a light purple from the engorging. I'm so damn paranoid over it, im checking my dick like every few seconds to see if it turned cold. I'm counting down the seconds when i near my 20th minute. Guess its b/c im a clamping noob. But i'm counting on some gains in the near future.

varies with man to man.
Try to go abit longer next time, like say 5 mins longer or just click that bit tighter than before, see if that helps the penis keep its swelling after the session, but dont despair if it doesnt cos not all men seem to have this .. and that dunt mean you wont grow, however I always like to see and or have swelling after a girth session, shows me something I've worked for I guess and a new gain to come in the future before my eyes.

PS

Try Constricted ATS rollers, all mentioned in the guide [look in my sig] after these you WILL be swollen to fuck, and this swelling will stay for a few days ... its one of the most intense girth exercises I have done, well its really a width exercise but does some girth IMHO....

Give what I have mentioned a shot and tell us how it goes with the swelling.
 
Anotherthing, do a ADC after a session .... a slack clamp around the whole package after a session, this helps keep the engorgement in the penis.
Again lol the guide has the ADC mentioned, and how to do.
I usually call them ROP type clamps in my progress ... do them for say 30-45 mins in length, after a session.
 
Try fiddling with your routine, I used to always clamp everyday..with little to no results.. Then I started taking 1-2 days off in a row with clamping and saw a .25 gain in about a month. It is also hard for me to make girth gains as well, length really is no issue.. :)

I'd actually suggest doing shorter sessions for now with the clamping. Keep it to 10 minutes per set, then take a break for a few and massage your penis well.
