What concepts and guidelines for girth should be applied while doing and not doing PE? Not any specific exercises or routine, but some general and not so general guidelines for girth work because I want to get the maximum gains from girth as fast as humanely possible.
 
The best guideline for girth, and PE in general, is stop trying to rush everything. PE is a long process, and if you want to succeed at it you need to pace yourself. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

And because someone aught to say it, you get what you give. Go at it like you mean it and pay attention to yourself. Never forget you're working with blood and vessels burst and plasma lies.

It's really more a triathlon for those who've made the biggest gain.
 
if you are serious about girth you need to get expansion as frequent as possible for as long as possible (without hurting yourself)
penis pumps and cock rings are tools most use. also kegels, heat, relaxition techniques so many things help get blood in your unit...

also. read up on priapism and macrophallus. i get a lot of my ideas from those. more blood trapped in penis= fatter erection

Loose fitting cock ring all day and a good routine. I personally gained a lot from cock ring edging and bathmate twice a day. Lots of folks like slow squash jelqs and supra slammers. If you can manage multiple routines a day you really should. I also use a lotion with vitamin e and aloe vera for discomfort and noticeably faster healing.

I think the biggest thing is as said above. Lots of time engorged. It doesn't have to be one big session at the end of the day. 3 20 minute sessions every day will have more impact than one hour long session a day as you are basically allowing the pump to fade.

Gained over an inch in under 3 months with these ideas derived directly from SRT. I'd say it works.
 
Lots of great information in this thread! It's all about expansion with blood pressure from the inside. This is why many pumpers don't see big gains. Pumps mainly pull lymphatic fluid into the skin with increased internal blood pressure as a secondary action. Squeeze exercises and clamping work with dramatically increased blood pressure as the PRIMARY action.

Forgive me if the answer is obvious but, to clarify, was than 1 in.+ in three months in girth? If so, what routine did you use?
 
I think I'd rule out a few things I used to do. If I were after heavy girth gains I'd do...

Bathmate twice, once morning, once night after routine as a warm down. 15 minutes each.

Cock ring edging. 15 minute sets throughout the day. Maybe even 25/30 minutes depending on how well I'm handling it. I'd say up to five times a day.

Optionally, a routine at night with the heavy stuff. Supra slammers or ssjs are really popular. I'd probably just do more edging. The pump is pretty hard to ignore.

Also, using a loose ring will help speed things along.

That can very easily be way too much for most people. Either due to time constraints or the intensity of the work. More reasonable, probably the bathmate sessions, edge once or twice during the day, and a normal routine.

I mean to use a loose ring all day during down time. Keeps up the pump.
 
I think frequent sex has helped my girth a lot also. The longer you last the better

Something we see guys come up with methods of mimicking the effects of Priapism but so far no one has been successful with. If we could come up with a way to hold an erection for hours it would be the perfect form of enlargement.
 
88man experienced with chemically induced erections that lasted many hours long. Wonder how that went.
 
I went through a period where I'd edge for over 3.5 hours. Often going well over 4 because it's just plain difficult to stop once you've gone that long.

If that helped length I'd probably be neck and neck with dld
 
What's unusual about being erect that long though? Just fending off the ponr or something else?
