Hello guys whats going on .. im kind of new to Penis Enlargement, well not really i have been Penis Enlargement ing for about a month and have noticed some gains about a half inch, so im not complaining! anyways different people im sure do different routines but what i am concerned about is when people peform certain exercises. ( For example i Penis Enlargement everyday no breaks but my rountine lasts around 45min to 1 hour)

I was wondering what you guys do?

do you have LENGTH DAYS and GIRTH DAYS?

do you take rests 1 day, 2day 3 day?

leave some thread on this im interested to see what people are doing and what there gains are for certain routines :D

holy shit bro!? it was made 2003 ahah. I used to do length in the morning and girth at night but now i do Length then girth right after lol :)
 
Every day, no breaks, both length than girth.
 
same time here length then girth. but DLD would my gains be effected if i did length and girth seperately( during the day) for example if i did length round 5pm then girth round 8 or 9pm?

That is exactly what I suggest. I train length in the AM and girth in the PM.
 
I have only gained like an inch and its been since aug 2008..Is that too slow for gains??
 
is it ok to have sex after doing length or girth exercise, or do i have to wait some time??
 
Pulley1 - no one can decide what is too fast or slow to gain and inch but yourself. You are well withing the normal curve of gains if that means anything. As far as the sex part you can read post after post of different opinions .
 
I am currently training 5 days a week, stretching 3 days and jelqing 2. With workouts lasting around 40 minutes. It seems to be working as I am gaining again. Ive tried the everyday routine and when I do I get retraction on my bone pressed lengths (length decreases).
 
I usally do length in the morning then go to the gym for my weightlifting routine then some cardio..afterwards I do girth
 
try doing some light girthwork after the am length. from there keep it girthy all day if you can. it is so beneficial to keep the post workout enlargement and there are many ways to do this.

DLD, have you ever gave rest days a chance?

If I can keep the some intensity through my sessions can I add more to it or is it not necessary.Can I add 10-15 minutes to my session?

How would you suggest keeping "post workout enlargement" ? I just started my clamping routine and this sounds paramount to gains.
