Over the past few days I've noticed that when I'm 100% erect, I have a slight bulge of girth at midshaft. What can I do to insure I get close to the same girth across my entire shaft? I'm currently on DLD's phase I program.

Also, for those also on DLD's program, how long should each repetition of ball stretching (both pulling down below the penis, and pulling up above the penis) be?

Anyone? DLD? SWM? Bueller? Bueller?

This is an issue of pretty substantial importance to me since I really want my shaft to have the same girth, up and down.

It should be 30 second holds.

Bulge of girth, Iused to have that in my right side. I just did a lot of jelqing and evened it out.

Thanks. Up to now, I've only been doing one rep of 60 seconds each. Guess I should up that a little :)

Thanks for the jelq info. I thought that's what might be causing the problem, initially. How many would you suggest? Right now, I'm doing 600 a day, as per phase one instructions.

The vidoes of dld doing his testicle heath. Hold that stretch for 30 seconds.

I wasn't sure if that was just for demonstration, or if that was actually how long I needed to hold for.

How many jelqs do you think I should do, and their duration?

I do not measure reps I measure time on jelqs.

Example

10min
20min
30min

Be sure to jelq with uniform pressure starting at the extreme base and jelqing just below the glans. This will more than likely balance out as you progress. If it becomes more of an issue there are specific, targeted exercises that will correct this. I will help you write a routine geared towards correcting this if it does become a problem

30 Seconds

Use the reverse ok grip from the extream base to the glands, making sure that you have equal pressure as dld said, I always ue reverse ok grip to jelq.

Thanks DLD, I'd appreciate that. How long should I use regular jelqing to solve the problem before getting back to you?
