I am trying to figure out how Penis Enlargement exercises enlarge your member. I was under the impression that Jelqing was a length exercise but also will increase girth. From reading these posts tho I am beginning to understand it the other way around. The reason why I am concerned is that my routine focuses mostly on jelqing (time wise) and I am really much more aiming for gains in length . Also in girth but not as much so. Should I spend more time stretching (about 20-30 min right now) or what? Experts shed some light please....

Wet jelqing will give you length .
1000 aday for 7 days on 0 off over say 6 months and you will notice length as well girth, its fact.

But if ya cant be arsed with that, I suggest you do say at least 40 minutes stretching aday, make it DAMM INTENSE otherwise ya waisting ya time.

Do 'A' stretches [DLD A steches] with Blasters [Reverse Kegel] applied, these are amazing.
Also the 'V' stretch is good.

You should also goto the hangers section and think about getting/making a BIB Hanger or whatever else tickles ya fancy.......weights really do work and the guys here are 110% experts tryed and tested and its safe they go thru' it all.

Another good little stretch is the lazy ass.

But 40 mins aday should do it stretch wise, just make it hardcore otherwise do 2 hours softcore, your choice.

thanks bro.
Have been doing 30 min of intense stretching and am working my way up to 1000 jelqs aday. Right now I am at 700 and its pretty intense. I just wonder how long 1000 will take me if 700 is taking 1:10 min. I dont have all the time in the world you know but I am very determined.

Well, according to my mental math, and given your current rate of jelqing, it would take about an hour and 40 minutes to finish 1000 jelqs. Ideally, it would take between 50 and 67 minutes to do 1000 jelqs (assuming 3 second jelqs and 4 second jelqs, respectively), but of course, due to erection level changes and what not, yes it would take longer.


You say that length is your goal, so yes, you would probably see more benefit from manual stretching or hanging than you would with just jelqing. It seems that you enjoy jelqing, so if you like it then stick with it. Perhaps as a change sometime though you could decrease the amount of jelqing while increasing the amount of stretching . Oh yeah, and as you jelq, try to do it at an 80% or so erection level to work primarily on length . If you do it at the higher erection levels, you tend to work on the girth end more.

As for what Redzulu said, I pretty much agree with. If you have the time to do 1000 jelqs and 30-40 minutes of stretching , then that is great. Otherwise, pick and choose what you can and make sure to dedicate at least an hour a day towards that (which you are more than doing right now).
