Girls vs. Women

I've been dealing with girls for the LONGEST time. I have gotten to a point where I find it to be highly irritating and too much effort to deal with them. I guess maybe it's my age and how much maturity varies from person to person, but the one's that are attracted to me seem to be around the ages of 17-21 and it's just not doing it for me at the moment. They seem to be too eager for a relationship/clingy, or they like to play too many games.

There is one girl that I've been spending time with that I really enjoy talking with and she's really grown on me. There is another young woman who is a few years older than me, and I'd like to get to know her better, but then again opportunity and also possible maturity issues there as well. I find it strange that the more I feel I know what I want in a woman the less and less chance there seems to be that I find her. Anyone else have similar experiences?

If I wasn't in a relationship I would know what you mean, being I'm mid 20's and could pass for a teenager. That could have its perks tho. :D

i have had similar experences. (can't spell tonight)...kittie was a little immature towards the end. ainly shown through her lack of drive. amanda however,seems to have drive, which is good..very very good. and though they are only a year appart it's pretty apparent. i don't think it's the age...i think it has to do with the level of maturity..period. some 15 year olds could keep up in convos with 30 year olds, while talking to a 39 year old (my step aunt)..it's like i'm litterally talking to a 13 year old. she's immature, stupid and an't really carry one thought all the way through. but anywhoo...yeah it's all depending on the woman. at least frommy experiences

I have to agree with the idea that it's not an "age" thing but a maturity issue. Then the question is why in the world are all the females I meet within the age range or 18-23 so damn flaky/immature? Is it something in the water, or do they not realize that there is more to life than themselves? There is one girl that I spend time with that I adore in every sense of the word, but it's a slow moving process because she's very focused on school (so am I) but also that she's very cautious about who she gets involved with. So far so good, but when it comes to quick success it's just not gonna happen with this girl. I suppose I can say that the things that are worth having take time.

It's been a struggle since I haven't had a gf in 3 years, but it's only been in the last 6-8 months that I went from not dating to dating a spending time with any girl/woman at all. I have plenty of practice with the ladies, but it seems that the ones that I have interest in (on some level) are either a bit on the young/immature end all the way over to the too driven/no fun end of things. There's got to be a happy medium somewhere.

It is based on how mature they are and not entirely age but I have found when they get into their thirties they seem allot more mature and know what they want.

The lady I really want to love right now is aged either 32 or 33 years old and is 10 years older than me. Shes sweet, careing, strong, determined, organised, sincere and also mature. EVERYTHING my younger girly freinds lacked.

Yeah Millionman, you speak what I feel exactly. Younger women love to play games, they get off by having the drama in their lives. Clubbin was mentioned to as one of the only things females do at this age. Club girls are fun to be friends with, but not date since they are only looking to catch the fish, and not keep it in the boat if you know what I mean. That's funny u brought this up millionman, because I just ended a 4 month relationship with a young girl (21) who had a similar description of the girls u have been dealing with. I'm lonely now, but will get over it. Boo hoo for me. Anyways, I'm sure there are girls out there that are mature enough to date us, but there is so much competition, I'm just too tired to deal with that shit lately, especially after a relationship. Girls are a lot of work sometimes, I feel your pain man.

Man, I head those young UK girls are some wild, dirty little things in all the good ways.

Yeah the British 'girls' in that age range who go clubbing it everyweek and sometimes eachday are wild dirty whores on average and love sex sex sex and can actually give you just that.

Britain is EASY and I mean E A S Y pickings to pull at in the night clubs where the sluts venture...but be CAREFUL as the males here in that same age range are nasty little bastards and as allot of 'girls' are sluts anyways and dont do loyal they will dance with you and flirt with you like fuck while boy freind watches .... plans....and than jumps and beats your arse.....seen it done and arrested a few of the sili pricks when it was my career.

Just be warned when you come here to watch your back, I aint trying to scare anyone but be warned as the British males in that age range whom hang around in clubs are the plastic wannabe gangs but in large number they are lethal and can do just about anything ... never forgot the night when I came to a scene with a young lad with a champagne glass sticking out of his cheek bone.....later found out it was because is SMILED at a girl and the boy freind saw that and went ape .... I made sure this Boy freind got a black eye and a sore few ribs that night.

For me right now...I want a WOMAN, but not a woman whos old ... a mature girl if you will. The lady I'm after now is aged 32 so shes sorta in my eyes a young lady getting onto a woman but shes sexy youngish looking, looks like a 24 year old and is mature, so shes worth it WAY MORE than any slut from a club. Yeah...quickly back to the UK 'girls' .. my family in Cyprus and Crete always say to me that the British girls are fuckin whores as they are EASY to get into bed..... they have a REPUTATION for wanting sex, fuckin all night and just makeing themselves look like dirty cheap sluts ... on awhole makeing the country look like a filthy brothal.... dont think that is the TRUE British lady as she is allot more stunning and more worthwhile to persue, but you wont find a real British woman in a nightclub.

I think above all things that it will all workout in time. They need time to grow just as much as we do. I think it is vitally important that we realize none of us are completed projects yet. There are areas that I still need to work on, and if I were to simply write off anyone person for their faults or shortcomings then in many ways I would be the worst offender of all by not allowing people to change and grow at their own speed. I think a big part of being a mature individual is to be able to handle other people's shortcomings and faults and still treat them with respect and love regardless of how many times they disppoint or hurt you.

That was from the heart. I understand it fully now you've put it like that and I myself will benefit from this more now with the lady I'm trying to seduce.

I suppose it can also be said as taking someone for who they are and excepting that and not wanting them to change to your ways, even though that would or might be better to suit you.

At the moment sometimes its hard for me at work with this woman as she is sooooo work driven that at times my head is spinning around. She could be flirting at break and than avoiding me when she works but when I break it down later when I get home ... AWAY from it all it makes sense that she is who she is and what you say is VERY MUCH TRUE .... thank you for makeing that point.

Do they do this for the hell of it? I just wonder, because I have a buddy that was in Europe for four years with the US Navy and said he would sometimes go drinking with the British Navy guys and many were nice guys but they wanted to get drunk AND FIGHT just to entertain themselves.

Depends on the person. Your freind might of hung out with a bunch or guys from the Royal Navy who were heavy drinkers and liked to swing the punches....its common in the military but it isnt what we are all about as I have family in the forces and they dont act like that but hey the British LOVE their drink and lets face it they cant take the booze and start fighting....the Navy had a terrible reputation once for drinking. Britain has its nice places and nice people but on the whole this country is too consumed in alcohol and more attention needs focusing on that than stopping smokers as its more lethal here with most assaults and attack being attributed to drink ... I've seen it, been in it, arrested it and worn it.

i think this thread is more about the maturity of the people you go for. around the 17-21 range is where women can go either way, and either blossom into a mature young woman, or cling on to their childishness and act reckless and immature. ive personally experienced this, which is fairly frustrating given i feel i am fairly mature for my age

I am only attracted to girls who are childish, I crave this is a certain way, maybe because I did not have a complete childhood. I love innocence and a healthy stupidity in women. Maturity scares me for some reason.

I have been a Dad for a long time and it just seems to be my best role in all relationships, in life, on the forum and in relationships. I love to provide and be the one people come to when they need help.

im sort of the opposite. i was somewhat forced to mature fast, and now only really look for mature women as i feel we're more on the same level mentally
