Fuck I just tried these and, I got everything going good, then I lost my balence, slipped and fell and busted my head on my hardwood floors! Damn Ghost you sould have warned us about people with no balence!

Im glad you asked, so here it goes:

This is an collaboration of the DLD´s FootLong Stretch and Between Cheeks(BTC) with a blend of Reverse Kegel.

So start with standing up with your legs spread apart. Apply your babypowder, latex gloves or papertowel. Take your right* hand behind your ass, like an BTC stretch. Then grip your penis just below the gland(with right* hand of course). And pull it almost straight back, then take your left* foot and put it on the hand you are stretching with(right*). Then apply a Reverse Kegel in a kind of pulsing strokes, that is tensing and relaxing the muscle. Keep a good grip and push pretty hard with your foot, because they are supposed to be still at the time. And hold it for a count of 30 seconds.
Then ease the tention, and do one more. After you've done two 30 second GhostBuster 44's, change hands and repeat. Now pull the penis more to the right and do the same, and do it 2 x 30 seconds, its the same for the left side. This is 1 set of the GhostBuster 44's. Repeat as many times as you wish, but I recommend doing some Helicopter Shakes or such after 3 sets so the circulation is in motion.



note*: You chose which hand or foot you will use.

It looks like you could use the LengthMaster to do this exercise, might be worth the try.
