I'm quite abit overweight and finding it difficult to get a good length measurement. What would you guys suggest I do to get a good measurement to track progress and to estimate my true length . I have started excercise program recently to fix the problem but any ideals until I loss the weight.
Always measure bone-pressed. It wont matter then if your weight fluctuates as you're always measuring from the same point.
Simply get a solid ruler and place it on top of your dick. Then push it into the base as far as you can until it hits the pubic bone (you should be able to slide the ruler between your dick and the pubic fat pad) and then measure to the tip of your penis.
Most people here quoting their sizes and gains use this method.
