Sorry guys. I have been out of the country (Middle East, Korea) for quite some time for my job and due to National Security, we could not use the internet for personal use.

To my PE Brothers that sent me questions, via MOS messaging, I have replied to your questions the best I could.

I am glad to be back in the Good Ol' U.S. of A and I am excited to get back on our forums with much interaction with my PE Brothers in hopes of continuing my PE training, routines with you guys for some big gains.
