I personally have never hung much beyond the 12.5 lb mark. Never needed to because I focus more on time and duration to gain.
As an example: Today, Monday, after a weekend of no Penis Enlargement I started my hanging day at 10 lbs but quickly had to move down - in 1 lbs increments until six 20 minute sets later I was hanging at 5 lbs. When even that got to me I simply called it a day, traction wrapped at a moderate stretch , and went to my weekly tight rope walking lesson.
