Over the last four plus weeks I've been pumping and doing jelqs in between sets. I didn't know how well this would go or if I would honestly gain much if anything. Well, I have gained fairly quickly pumping and each session seems to be better than the last as I am learning more and more about getting a proper seal, managing the gauge, milking the tube, and controlling fluid buildup.

Over the last four weeks I've gone from two sets of 10 minutes with 200 jelqs in between sets to two sets with one extended set with varied pressures, and now I'm to 3 sets of ten minutes with 100 jelqs in between. The best improvements I've seen have come from the 3 sets with only 100 jelqs. I used the extended sets really as a test over a few sessions to see what the time in tube/fluid buildup relationship was. It wasn't too bad, but the extended set did leave me with a bit of a donut around the circ scar on the right side just like when I used to clamp, and that's not a very attractive look.

Early on the 2 sets with 200 jelqs in between worked fairly well, as I ended each session with a nice erection but I could definitely feel the cumulative fatigue after 2-3 days in a row and I would take a break for a day or so after 4-5 sessions. With the new routine I've noticed stronger erections after every session, and not to mention the gains I've seen over the last 4 weeks total. So far I'm up nearly .25" in girth and almost another .25" in length. I honestly think pumping is a great Penis Enlargement method and for some guys, such as myself, who don't have a huge amount of time and need to do both length and girth at the same time, should definitely go with a pump routine with manuals in between sets.

Also for guys wanting to FR and Penis Enlargement pumping is a solid method to do both, but make sure that you're developing the skin evenly by doing manual stretches in the shower or whenever you think about it. I plan on getting a PUD or a CAT II in a few months to wear around during the day before my pumping sessions. I had been stuck in FR and Penis Enlargement for a few months before I decided to pump and now it seems as though I'll finally hit the coveted 8X6 that I set out for over 2 years ago. Just recently I caught a girl, one of the dancers for my school, looking at my bulge after a session and when I caught her eyes she looked at the floor and turned about 8 shades of red. It was cute, and since then she's gone out of her way to come say hey to me whenever she sees me in the gym or around on campus.

Super post man. I too concur that pumping can result in permanent gains - and for some, myself included, is a natural addition to a Penis Enlargement regiment. I started pumping when I was a few years younger than you. Over the span of my years of Penis Enlargement (mostly pumping) I have gained an inch in length and some girth as well. Congrats on your results and I will soon be posting my results from my recent experiments in a regular routine of jelqing + pumping.

So Millionman, those are real gains and not just lasting pump? Did you take a day or so off and measure at the end? I'm curious, but this sounds good.
 
This sounds great. When I'm back on my girth routine I'll be buying a pump also to complement my manual + clamping routine.

Actually I measured once after a session and again after two days rest and the measurements were only a bit different. Completely pumped erect is a bit over 5.8" getting closer to six as it's getting harder to get my hand around for jelqs in between sets, and the two days off measurement was a bit under 5.75". I say a bit over and a bit under as it wasn't on a marker which I thought was odd, but length is fairly consitent at 7.5-7.6" pumped or unpumped. The girth is a trip though as some days it feels so huge and others it feels so-so in size but it's a mental thing. I have noticed more than anything that my erections feel "fuller" and are more consitently veiny after a day or so off. This is definitely something worth exploring as I spend maybe 30-40 minutes daily pumping. I'm taking a day off today because of my schedule, since Memphis is coming to town and we're gonna whip their ass, I don't have the time to hit a session. That and my damn tests. I hate school sometimes. Ohhh well, but I'll keep updating periodically.
 
What does your routine look like now, MM? Have you seen any more gains?
 
Well, most recently I've been experimenting with extended sets with variable pressures and uli squeezes in between sets. Usually I'll start with a ten minute set and do 2-4 ulis between and go back in for 20-30 minutes and come out and finish with 4-10 ulis. It usually depends on how much time I have and how good my dick feels.

I have been having problems with skin tears again. The problem isn't the pressure in the tube, but the amount of pressure during the squeezes, as I've been reaching a bit over 6" in girth after these types of sessions. My length is over 7.75" post session as well. As most will tell you that this is an indication of progress to come, not necessarily porgress made, but my measurements after a few days off are 7.6ish in length and a bit over 5.75" in girth.

I've been pondering going back to the shorter sets with jelqs, but the numbers have really jumped here recently and other than a bit of bruising and the skin issue everything is healthy and working very very well. I have noticed that my cock has started itching like a NEWB all over again. It's almost like I've never Penis Enlargement'd before with how bad the damned thing has started itching here recently. It's just crazy.
 
Maybe you increased the duration of the pumping sets too quickly.

I also gained some good girth from extreme uli's...the kind with a cable clamp.
 
What I think has happened is a mix of things. One when I take a few days off I end up with bruising problems and slight tearing of the skin, that's just how it is for me. Two I do think I increased my set duration too quickly when I came off of my short break, and I also think that maybe I need to come off of the pressure a bit. I've been using around 5-7 hg, and reaching 10 hg when I milk the pump from 7hg. This mixed with the Ulis is the reason for the bruising and the skin tears, but my gains have not slowed at all. In fact this regimen seems to have "fast tracked" my progress here recently.

What I am doing currently is letting my penis heal from the skin tears, while maintaining a very quick in and out approach to my pump sessions. This seems to be keeping the bruising at a minimum as well as helping me to maintain my gains, thus far. I should be back into it completely in the next few days or so, and I will update after Thursday, or Friday.

i warm up and edge before i start my firts set.

i do 2-4 10mins set of pumping

set 1: 5hg
set 2: 5.5hg
set 3: 6hg
set 4: 6hg

i pump from around 8-10mins a set. and i milk the tube a few times and kegel whilst in the tube. have never wen over 7hg when milking it it goes to just under 7.

as i wanna keep the pressure low. as i dont wanna damage my dick.

any tips ;)

i also try to pump every ither day. so i get around 3-4 days in a week. as i also hang jelq stretch and clamp throughout the week.

also forgot to mention i jelq between pump sets then edge and re pump as i have to get an erection again after a set.
 
ICECAM, the pumping session looks good, but you could possibly over do it by hanging and jelqing on other days of the week. I would move to a pumping only schedule and see how that goes. That way you'll know what's working, as you progress, and what's not if you aren't progressing.

From personal experience I have noticed that I can very easily over do it and suffer the consequences. I've had a mix of good and bad while I've been learning what works for me and pumping. So far the results so far have been very favorable length wise, as I'm sitting at 7.75" BP. Girth is very hard to tell which method works best. With squeezes I get great tunica expansion to a bit over 6", but I also have skin tears and bruising. With jelqs I don't get the same amount of expansion, but I don't have skin tears or very much brusing. Right now I'm thinking along the lines of going with something that will bring continual progress and leave my cock ready for any opportunities that may arise. Although that's not exactly what it's about, but that's the general though. I want more of what I have, and I can't build more if I'm constantly having to rest and heal skin tears and deal with bruising.
 
yes i am actually gonna take hanging out of it for a while as im really enjoying pumping. and clamping. and im happy with the length i have got. it is prob more than mmy sig length. its just this bitch of a girth i want more midshaft and head girth any tips?

pump
clamp
kegels
holds
dry jelqs

no more wet jelqs and stretchin or hanging for a few weeks see if i have cemented my length gains i have achieved.
 
Your best bet is to stick to a pumping and wet jelq program. It's easier to wet jelq because you are already lubed up to get into the tube, and you come out of the tube 70-80% erect so you just go right into the wet jelqs. I would start with 1-2 sets of ten minutes in tube with 50-100 jelqs. While you're in the tube you can kegel and milk the tube as well. I wouldn't go near a clamp in the beginning because this might cause problems with bruising and sin tears. Take it easy for a while and see how your penis handles this really simple and basic routine, and then if you need to increase intensity do it slowly. This should get you moving the right direction.
 
just one question bud.

everytime i pump i get a load of red blood spot that cover the majority of my upper shaft. there not really noticable only if i squeeze the base they show well.

what is this?

they do go away over time but not completly as i have pump every other day this so im not giving time for them to full disappear

there like the spots you get when you wet jelq for the first time you get a few blood spots.

will this go away over time. i only pump between 5-7hg no more no less always between there. so i dont think my level is too high.

lol help. as my 2inch cylinder is coming in a few days. as my base girth packs my current tube.
 
You can quickly get rid of those red spots by soaking in a hot bath tub, and do your kegel routine in the hot water. This always gets things flowing. Try it out and see what I mean.
