not much realy...

wakeup at 6:45 in the morning
take a shower...
downstairs at 7:00
flip on the ���� chanel from private (yes yes 24/7 ����)
jelq/uli for 1/2 hour
go to work
home at 16:45
private gold time again until 17:45
same jelq/uli

do this only on mo-tu-we-fr

this is when i've got time for myself..on thurdays and in the weekend my GF free also (we live together).

do some kegels whenever I get the chance

Do some quick jelqs every time i go taking a leak...

That is great. It's also a good thing to see that you are keeping track of every part of your penis too. That should help your confidence even more than someone say like me for instance. I am fixated on length. lol Good luck on your progress.

Did you ever tried "hanging", let the weight do the work! There are a lot of ideas for building one yourself.
