Tell you my story, got the Bathmate, progressive gains, 3 months in was really doing well and thought lets get the Size gen, so i did, first month used with Bathmate 20 min, 200 reps a day but with size gen in the mix, was noticing some loss in gains? Posted and most thought stress, blood flow etc etc, thought ok, continued with size gen and to be honest am really getting pissed off! Am losing some real hard earned gains big time, almost at the point of throwing in the towel as i am actually going backwards! all i can put it down to is the size gen? too coincidental.
Is this normal with the size gen??, then i see results after say 2 months?
Has anyone else had this happen?
Need the info please... i want to see out my goal but it's like a bad dream where your walking towards something and it just gets further away as you walk toward it!

Shit, looks like i'm on my own with this one...Mmm, full 1/4 inch loss, thats frign 2 months god dam work!
I must be the only guy this happens too, story of my life.. still blame it in that fucking so called extender! Has to be.
Fuck it, i'm goona take 1 day a week rest, bin the extender and do it old school just the way ol DLD did it with an old vid i found of him, Bathmate seems good though, i'll still use that.
Let u know if i make up the gains or not?
Surely someone has had losses!!!! anyone???.......

I haven't experienced any losses when using it... it could b that your over working your penis

Or that your ''gain'' was a temporary stretch/expansion. It happens. Too many guys get all hung up on the temporary size increases. Gains eventually come with time and persistence.

^^^AGREE

Penis Enlargement is not a quick fix, it is a commitment to a new way of living that needs to be accepted. Set in troops and plan to be here for at least a year and I hope beyond.

You have to train consistently for at least a year before making very meaningful gains.

PE is a long term commitment! It is not a walk in the park, it is a Marathon!

Sticking with a routine that you can be consistent with is of great importance

Also mixing things up and adding new stuff to keep in entertaining too.

keep your dick guessing

If the penis becomes used to any one exercise eventually the exercise will no longer yield results. This does not mean that you have to change the exercise, but intensity can be added. If intensity is already at it's greatest height then a new exercise can be added or a new tool. But yes, keeping the dick out of a comfort zone is a smart move.

My maximum length measurements range between +/- 0.75cm all the time. Nowadays I measure gains by tracking the average of my measurements which increase over time. Led to a lot of frustration but now I stick to a theory as illustrated in the attached figure.

Looks like the stock market! :)

That makes a lot of sense in tracking gains. Different than I have ever heard but sounds to be smart.

Exactly. Where does it come from? I believe the muscles that are attached to the penis are dynamic and pull the penis back. The constant change in measurement up and down gave me a lot of mental trouble so I learned to go away from the mindset of doing PE for gains. It is nice for me to believe that growth continues but to be true it doesn't matter whether it actually works or whether I just think it works. That also means just because one gained in the past doesn't mean he continues to gain. Therefore you never know whether it is working right now.

After realizing that the measurements were jumping I tried to link this to intensity. I thought that intensive workouts would lead to the penis pulling back to counteract the stress. But that theory is not supported in my second Figure where I added the training intensity before measurements.

On the upcoming screenshots the trend even goes downwards, but if you would see the yearly view, it goes up again.

This would could for times men see a decrease in size rather than an increase. So someone could measure 1/4" less than last measurement but in the overall averages the numbers consistently increase. I am trying to create this equation in my mind right now and since I am doing this I know there is truth to your findings as mind mind is math central! :) Let me think on this more so I do not make a clumsy guess :)
