Would like to know how one can make gains without hanging? seems most pe-ers only gain from hanging.Can any veteran list an effective routine to ensure any kind of gains in the coming months?
Done DLD newbie routine for months and Pe ed for 3 years(with sites including penis-health.com and 6 bottles of Prosolution pills with no gains.)

Many more guys have gained with other means than hanging man. So, thats sort of a sili assumption. I've personally gained over 2" in length so far from hanging, but I've also gained a little from jelqing, squeezes, etc. I've seen plenty of other guys claiming gains from other things than hanging.

Even if you felt you had to resort to hanging, would you not be able to? Granted, hanging is not the easy Penis Enlargement that most guys seem to think it is. It requires more learning and dedication than any other type of Penis Enlargement I have done, or know of, but the payoff is well worth it. To me anyway.

I did the workout 4-5 times weekly.I sometimes mix in the odd a-stretch and supra slammers.
Just you guys could help with any your routine that gave results.

Good to see you here. I still would like you to tell me more about those techniques/exercises to increase testosterone. (You responded to my thread at penis health).

There is ALOT more feedback here than there.

I am curious as if you continued with the Penis Enlargement consistently or if you did it 4-5 times one week and then skipped a week or two and then came back. 3 years is quite awhile to not notice results if consistent.

Myself personally I never gained length from the penis health routine, I would gain girth but no length to speak of.

I hang occasionally 1-3x a week, helps with base girth. Recently I started doing the stretching part of the dld newbie routine, not the jelqs(they never did anything for me so I figured they were a waste of time for me). I combined that stretching format with Reds Lazy ass routine and FINALLY I am starting to gain length. It may only be a 1/4 inch but damnit it is a gain and I've been doing it for 2-3 weeks.

I bought a hanger from Bib over a year ago...never used it. With a shitty work ethic and my two hands, I have gained 2 inches in length and about 3/4 in girth...what if I had a good work ethic???
 
Jakb,good to see you here too.The theory about balancing is sound-will apply it.I'd have to pm you info/links on the exercises-they're similar to body weight exercices.I stopped doing them for now-should resume in the winter because I find to stimulating for now.

Glad to see that people gained without hanging.

xtremegamer,whats your routine like?advanced exercises only?would be grateful if you could list it.

Search the routine area for "Back to Basics" and "Back to School" to see the wo routines that showed a fair amount of my gains.
