If the FSL is almost equal to EL what's the area to focus on: tunica work or ligs?
 
What is your lot? That would be the determining factor in my opinion. Do a search on this forum for lot...do the test....then we can get ya headed in the right direction.
 
My LOT is medium-low so it indicates tunica work but I just wonder if there's any connection with FSL - EL spread and tunica/ ligs approach
 
My lot is between 8-8.30. I am still getting very good gains with the lig workout. Mostly downward stretches and hanging BTC. I am sure that someone with more experience than me will chime in soon.

This is a test.

Say you are stretching flaccid straight out from your body. That would be 9:00. Straight up would be 12:00, straight down 6:00.

Start out stretching straight up and kegal. Do you feel a 'tug back' against your stretch? OK, now slowly lower your hand while keeping the stretch, and kegal every few seconds. Find the point at which you no longer experience a 'tug back'. Please report it here. Also, please give your dimensions, amount of time you have Penis Enlargemented, and gains. Also erection angle, by the clock, and Penis Enlargement techniques you have used.

Also I realize that this is just a theory, but in all honesty i spent 1 1/2 years doing pe with NO results. The last 8 1/2 months of that period were ver intense routine still NO growth. My opion is to work smarter not harder. I just wonder where my length would be today if I had known about DLD , the LOT test and these forums? I damn sure wouldn't still be at 6.5 inches.

i love reading lines like this. c-guy is proud to be at 6.5 inches. it brings me back to reality that i should be proud of what i have too, not take it for granted, and not to get upset if i'm not up there with dld and swm. keep up the good spirits, they help us all.

I agree. Everyone in these forums should be so appreciative that they have the secrets to changing their penis no matter what the size...Bigger ids always better.

Hung Jock looks like we share the same lot as i'm 8.30 as well.
I concentrate mainly on downward stretches. I do the standard stretches in all directions, but then i add lots of downward stretches. I also hang BTC which is downward. I have gained 2 inches since May of this year. According to theory your lot will change as you do pe. Until it gets to 6-6.30 I say focus on downward exercise to stretch the ligs as they give you the fastest gains.

2 inches since May? That's amazing! Is that erect length or flaccid length? Congrats either way. Those are awesome gains!

BTC means between the cheeks (straight down). The gains are both flacid and erect and thank you for the compliment.
