Man I was soooooo looking forward to getting back into pe religiously. After things settled down a few days ago I was sure that I would have the quality time to do some serious pe. However, I still have a ton of company EVERYDAY!
No time for hanging right now. I need a good length routine that could possible be done at work (in the bathroom) for now. I absolutely have to regain the 5/8 of an inch that i lost in the last 6 months. NO MORE LOSSES will be tolerated.

I know how you feel man. I got up to 7.5 before and then quit for a while and went down to 7 and I was PISSED! I'm back up to it now, but had I not quit I'd be at 8 by now. Arg!

Last semester I lived in dorms so I had to stealth Penis Enlargement also. I jelqed in the shower and stretched every time I went to the bathroom. I would sit even if I only had to piss and I'd do about 5 minutes of A stretches , V stretches , lig stuff, anything I could fit into 5 minutes. I gained, but kinda slowly. But that's a WHOLE lot better than losing gains!

Damn, is there any way to keep the gains you make?
5/8 and 1/2 inches is alot to lose!

just like with working out muscles of your body. use it or lose it. if you don't at least do some to maintain it you will lose some. luckily not everything.

a few years back I could bench 315 lbs in my sleep practicly and squat over 650 lbs with little prob at all. I haven't done squat to maintain it and it shows in more areas then you would imagine; energy level, sleep quality, physical appearance, and more.

I would imagine lazy ass stretches would help but not totally prevent you from losing during off times.that with basic stretches , bundle A's and maybe some others should at least maintain if not grow a little slowly.

Not sure about this, but wouldn't keeping an erection for a while each day help slow the loss?

Ok , so whats the best exercises for length which can be done quickly? The stretch and jelq routine that I did so well on last year are not producing results right now.
