From 7x5 to 9x7 My Journey w/ SRT and more! (Photos will be uploaded)

It's ok @DLD i just drilled some holes in the right place. Good to go, but i do have some questions to help me complete my routines.
First, could you post the link to bundled stretches for me, i cant find it anymore. Also what does the 5min Bundled consist of?
Secondly, when i start my length exercise do i have to start with expressive stretches or is that already part of the routine?
Lastly, what is better for sleeping and why, the silistrecher or the silisleeve? Good news, got my Mityvac Today! Im so excited about the whole experience!

If you look in the video form there should be a bunch of videos showing these exercises. When I’m done here I’ll go check for you. You should always start every session with bundle stretches but don’t leave out expressive stretches because they bring growth from a completely different place. You can do expressive stretching at any point during your training. As far as sleeping goes I would go with the sleeve to be safest.

I looked all around the video forums on both threads and most of the videos are taking down, or the link has been removed. Couldn't find anything on the bundle. @DLD
 
Thank you Boss! So i have had a hiccup with my Mityvac, but first i want to say how much im in love with it, the pressure is unbelievable. 10x better than my old BathmateX40. The only problem i have is with the little cup, it doesn't do its job, so i actually dont use that middle cup and even though water gets in the gages it still works perfectly. My question @DLD is when im doing my SSJ routine should i be 100% erect or 60-70%? I know going into the mityvac for the 5min i should be 100% erect correct? But i figure when we squash i shouldn't be all the way hard. Thoughts?

going into the tube you want to be 100% erect and after a few moments you’ll subside to about 90% and you want to do your SSJs between 80 and 90%.

But i want and know i need to do expressive stretching before ALL workouts, (girth & length). But i dont know how, or the most effective one. I looked at the power assist pictures but don't fully understand where to put my penis in the device or how to stretch it properly. Could you help me with expressive stretching. Again i have most if not all the tools for srt.

Not the PowerAssist the LengthMaster. With the LM you simply strap in at the extreme base of your penis and stretch from there.
 
Hey @DLD i was looking at a the thread where you mentioned something that you were using skin from your scrotum to get gains on the shaft. In line with turkey neck. Could you explain that a little for me? I too have turkey neck and to know if it is bad or good? And is there a way to go backwards, skin wise.

you’re probably referring to the testicle health massage and stretch which is located in the newbie routine. Basically this exercise transposes skin from the shaft downward towards the scrotum.
 
Would you recommend doing the health massage after your PE journey or during?

At the very end of the day do your testicle health massage and stretch. It’s a nice way to end the day and gain some solid flaccid length. After you do this routine for about 4 to 6 weeks you’re going to see your flaccid hang increase in length and heaviness. .
