Hi guys,

I need to have two operations in June and because of that my arms are pretty much useless for 1 or even 1,5 months, so that means no PE for me <:(

What can I do to keep my status quo and minimize the losses I could face during that downtime?

Will you be able to use your hands enough to apply a device? There are several types of quality devices which would be a good alternative to manual work.

Hope you heal quickly!

Can you hang weights? I have at least a few customers with limited mobility, or some other physical handicap who cannot do "normal" PE, but have found hanging to work.

Thanks for the advice guys,

I know the devices you mean, I actually have them all, BM, SizeG. and PF :)
I am not sure that I will be able to use them, one arm will be completely useless because of the operation on the shoulder, it will be locked in a certain position. My right arm isnt so bad but they will fix an old problem on my wrist and holding anything will be a nightmare. After the op I have to go to a clinic for the PT, so the time might be an issue.

I never tried hanging before, to be honest I`m a little bit scared about starting that. My Pe-adventure started just a few months ago and I think I have everything covered so far.

Would the pause really cause a big setback if I not wear anything tight? I`m a professional athlete, so I know how much you lose if you can not train but the penis isn`t a muscle.

The penis is composed of soft tissue and is prone to expansion (via training/better EQ) or atrophy (via disuse). Hanging is a great alternative to manual work, and pumping can help round out your routine. The key is in being able to use the devices with your limited mobility- or getting someone to assist you with them.

If you're able to induce erections with minimal or even no direct stimulation this too can go a long way towards helping you to maintain and even improve your EQ.

While your arm is healing hanging would be an easy one handed stretching as would manual work. I would stick with this until the arm gets better. Even if you go light, say 5-10 pounds, would be enough to keep you gaining. Hanging is only scary until you master it. The biggest thing in hanging, as in any restrictive exercise, is wrapping. If you master wrapping you will have mastered hanging.

I go 'hands-free' with my LM...easily attached with one hand and then you can wend-it behind your cheeks and bend your torso for as much 'stretch' as you can handle

Good point!

Hey guys,
sorry for not responding to the posts, fucking job got in my way :/
I will try hanging and if I like it I will go with that during the recovery time, thanks.

I have one more question, its about something completely different but I don`t want to open another thread so I first try it this way.
During the bundled stretches, I do DLD`s double tunica stretch I had some unusual moment. During the bundle moment/ twisting moment, I only go 360, I felt a little shock. It`s hard to explain, it wasn`t painful at all but it felt how I imagine nerves would feel if you pinch them, I used no big force or whatever than it happend.
Is that normal for the bundled stretches or was that just a bad luck moment for me?
I`m unsure if I damaged something and if I can continue with the training. Is that how nerve damage feels like or was that a harmless occation?
I have and had no pain, numbness ir discoloration but I am still a little bit scared right now.

Sounds like a big pop, very normal and many men have this happen. It can be scary when it happens but it is no more dangerous than cracking your knuckles.
