I thought people might find this very interesting.Because I myself had a curve and I wanted to fix it so I started doing A LOT of research,then I found an older guy that had peyronie's disease most of his life so he like any other guy wanted to find a natural way to fix his curve,so then he started testing every supplement out and after years of testing many different supplements he found one's that actually worked and his curve went from 50 degree's down to 10 degree's,which is incredible.So I thought I would share these supplements with every one on here.
Soy Isoflavone........gnc non gmo concentrate.
take 2 daily w/o food,1 in the AM and 1in the PM
Other brands to consider are,Twinlab,and Natures Way Standardized Extract
Be sure that the total % of isoflavone is no less than 40.(Both caps
combined) More than 40% would be advisable for the first month.
MSM............gnc 1000mg,take 1 cap per 60 pounds of
your weight.I am 221 pounds so I take 4 a day.With MSM it is advisable
to take a little more than less when calculating your dose based on Body
weight.
Take with or w/o food and take any combination broken up
into 2 times daily
Other brands are,Now,natural balance,and trimedia.Let Price be the determining factor.
also start off with 2 1000mg caps for about 3 weeks then go to your selected amount.
Vit-E................Walgreens brand because every once in a while they have a
hell of a sale on 100iu gel caps 400 in a bottle for 10 dollars,that's
when I stock up, 2 or 3 bottles at a time.
Take 3 100iu caps daily with meals.(a small snack will be ok as well).
Don't be brand specific go for price.Also there is no reason to buy 100% natural V-E.
The huge cost difference does not balance out to your benefit money wise,or health
wise.DO NOT EXCEED 1200iu daily for any extended period of time.(More than a month)
especially if you are under 200 pounds.
Zinc..............what ever I can find in a known brand that has the lowest price.
Take 1 cap with breakfast 15to30mg daily.
Copper..........The same is true as with zinc except the dose.take 2 or 3 mg daily with
breakfast or lunch.
Remember guys this took him around 7 months to achieve these results,just like pe in general it takes time but the results are well worth it in the end.
