Hello! I have started to think about something lately. I don't have a rule of when i train. I usually train whenever i feel i want to, and when i have time. But i add rest days sometimes to be on the safe side.
But i have studied how my penis acts and i wonder if you think i should follow these rules instead?
The 3 different ways of how my penis acts:

1. Somedays it is like it is more "turtled" and doesn't respond to the warmup or stretching as good as it can, and you kinda have to force the erection.
- I suppose that this is the day when resting is more effective than training. REST DAY.

2. Sometimes my penis is very neutral in flaccid state. And it responds relativly good to the warmup and it gets more elastic and the stretches seems effective. The erection is a little bit easier to achieve than in situation 1 but still not very easy.
- Is this the ultimate length day? LENGTH DAY.

3. Somedays the penis is acting horny. It is not turtled in your pants at all. Instead you have a really nice flaccid hang and you can go in to the semi-erect state very easily. You respond too good at warmup & stretching, which means if you
pull on it and give it heat it easily gets erect. Seems pointless to stretch then right? ;) But girth exercises would be so effective.
- Probably the ultimate girth day? GIRTH DAY.

This is the 3 basic stuffs my penis can tell me. What i wonder is... Instead of forcing it and think: "Okey i should do 2on1off" or "Train my penis everyday". "I must do bathmate everyday". Wouldn't it be better to follow what the penis tells you
and go by these rules in my case?

In scenario 3 the best way is to do stretching after the girth work is done, perhaps after ejaculation. In scenario 2 girth work should be done after stretching, or not at all.

Am i understanding my penis correct here, and should i act like this? Or do you have any insight about this?

I usually train no matter how hot I'm feeling that day. Sometimes I felt like id have a shitty session and it turned out to be really good one, the only difference is persistence

I just thought maybe this is a more healthy method to achieve gains more effectivly. I think it maybe is worth a shot at least to try it out and see where it brings me. :)
 
You should do length and girth at different times. let's say Length AM in Girth PM.
And sometimes it's a good idea to stretch after you'vge done girth.

It's really important to listen to your body and that's exactly what you're doing :).

Remember, you do not need necessarily need an erection for length, unless you want to do BM HardCore Stretches or Erect/Erect Bundled Stretches which should be done a few times a week.
When you feel fatigue you could just stretch through it, unless you feel pain then stop.

It may very well be worth it for you since you've been conservatively increasing load. Me, I've always trained really hard so I pretty much heal by the next day from so much conditioning. I always take at least one day off of the week but I make sure when I take it I've built up momentum . At that point I would have done lots of cell division and the only thing left is remodeling for one or two days

That's true. But even when you're incorporating SRT-Theory I found that there are still days where your penis cooperates better or worse.

That is when you should follow my guidelines as i stated, i think. If it cooperates too much and gets erect easily when you touch it/stretch it etc, go straight into girth training and finish off with edging & ejaculation and do stretches afterwards.
If it cooperates reasonable but doesn't get erect as easy but still gets a good stretch you are in the length training zone. If it doesn't cooperate at all you should take a day off until it cooperates again. If you need a day off next day is all about
how much workload you put to it. I don't know which is the best.. Heavy sessions so your penis needs day off next day, or balanced sessions so you don't need day off next day. I don't know which gives most benefits to the penis in the long haul.
Heavy sessions always feels great afterwards though, like you have put your soul to it.

This is just how my penis work though. Maybe this doesn't add up to your rhythm.

Do enough where you wont miss any days consecutively. Like templ said, even if its sore or doesnt feel right, do it anyways and I do it aswell. You'll build condition to where you dont even have to take a day off.

But there is no stress to get conditioned right? ;) If you get conditioned too fast maybe you will miss some of the possible gains you would have made.
 
No,in order to get conditioned you need to put logical stress in your workouts gradually. Not load your workouts where you cant pe 3 days in a row.

Yeah I think as we progress in PE the state of conditioning becomes greatly improved and more work can be taken on. It is also important to understand that once conditioned to any certain workout, exercise, tool, etc. a plateau will be reached eventually where you will need to increase intensity or switch to a completely new method. SRT is the workout that is solid in the way it brings consistent gains but even in SRT the intensity will eventually need to be increased.

This is not the best way to train. Most people on here that have made huge gains trained daily. We don't really have people here who made gains with this ideology of yours.
 
The condition of your penis can change in a few minutes as long as its not already in a state of fatigue from sex or masturbation. I've gone to start a length or girth session in near infant flaccid and had an excellent session. Same goes for a nice plump flaccid when trying to do length. I'll grab my penis and roll it between my hands firmly and stop thinking about sticking it inside of vagina. If that doesn't fully work a good BTC stretch or 2 takes care of the problem.

A lot of times when I want to do girth work, right before the session, it feels as if I won't get any erection. Not feeling horny at all but once I start watching ����, lube my penis and stroke it, the erection comes and after my first rep of 1 minute SSJ, the rest is history.
 
whatever the fatigue is there is always something that can be worked in. With fatigue it is most wise to get length work in since theres not interference from PFM.
