Once I reached my goal in errect lenght I just want to go for flaccid lenght and girth. Im not near my goal but I like to plan ahead..(in my mind I already reached it ;) )

Now I understand that a certain workload(time and tension) enlarges your dick.
Im now guessing that a certain workload, lets say in the extender(or hanging weights), doesnt promote any errect lenght gains but trains the dick to stay longer flaccid.

any experience or ideas regarding this?

How to get a flaccid that is as near as possible to your errect length without gaining much errect length?
 
Its not something that can be trained exactly specifically because one usually transfers over into another and vice versa, cant be prevented with change in the human body being inevitable. Flaccid gains translate to erect and vice versa. If you wanted to really concentrate on the flaccid more then I would suggest trying to not do erect work for months and just do flaccid but it will still give you erect gains.

That makes sense. once I reach my goal I will only do flaccid exercise. Well gaining some over my goalsize wouldnt be a drama ;).
I will do flaccid workout without too much tension and more concentration on the time aspect.
 
I found that using wrap-like low tension for a few months makes your flaccid permanently longer. Remember that the tunicae (smooth muscle) relaxes during erection. Therefore you can fatigue it to not retract fully by keeping it mildly extended. However, I wore that for many, many hours over the course of 3 months. It was brutal in itself, but it's been a few years and I'm still enjoying a serious flaccid. My GF says my flaccid is longer than most guys she's seen erect.

thanks for that explenation! man exactly what I needed.

flaccid low tension long time exercises sound logic to get a bigger flaccid. Good to know a retirement plan ;)

I wonder if its possible to get a flaccid that is nearly equal in size with the errect size.
(anyone knows a case?) Then you would also need low arousal to reach an errection..

for now back to the hard work ;)

Doing as few exercises may help you achieve this, Uncle Jims Wrap works wonders for flaccid length and it helped me get to a flaccid length close to my7 erect but it will not effect girth, in order to "fluff" for girth and length you will need to use the Bathmate pre-sex, pre-locker-room, etc. This will keep you fluffed and long for a while.

near errect size that sounds good.
Maybe for more flaccid girth low pressure clamping an/or cockring? low pressure Bathmate for longer periods could help here too. I hung pretty thick for longer time after doing 45 min to 60 minute Bathmate sessions.(compared to flaccid hang time with 20 mintue intense)

This is basically Uncle Jim's wrapping method, no?
