Hello! Okey, so i have figured out a way to make my penis expand further when i'm 100% erect. I just simply hold a reverse keegel and watch my penis expand further.
It makes my penis fill upp completly, which is nice. But i also recognized that when i'm doing this i get "fluid retention" At least my skin feels more "soft" to the touch
as my skin also expands when i do this. It is this soft and smooth area that you can compress. I'm not familiar with fluid retention, but starting to be lately.

It's like the blood gets trapped above my tunica and just underneath the skin when i do this.

Can someone explain to me what this indicates to me, and if there is something i should do. I need to know what it means and how i should proceed.

You mean like.. Right now or when i'm erect and are doing the reverse kegel? :)

Nope, i don't think it feels like liquid if i push on my bellybutton with a finger. I usually don't do this so i don't have a feeling to compare with though x)
What i can tell is that it feels exactly like if i push my finger everywhere else on my stomach, it compresses a bit and the only different feeling is that if i push in to my belly button
i get a little bit of suction when i pull it off.
 
Oh yeah? So you're chubby or what? How far deep do you have yours, mines about up to the first joint on my finger.

About your question well fluid hits me pretty hard to but I need to be doing my exercises and applying heat to get the maximum expansion (and fluid). I dont pump anymore but that exercise gives me greater fluid most times. Tbh I dont reverse kegel too long because I feel like the benefit only lasts about a second at a time and I need to segway into a kegel for it to really trap more blood than normal (otherwise my erection is always %100).

Fluid retention is just a nuisance we have to deal with but you can reduce it by strategic rolls if you really want to

No, i'm very very skinny! I can still push it in and out like a trampoline though.

I don't want the fluid retention, as i want to see the real expansion. I just think fluid retention is counterproductive. I'm not one of those guys that wants to count fluid retention as gains and brag about it x)
Fluid retention is just a visual effect and nothing else. It's not useable, so how could you even care about that? I want my penis to have thin skin and my penis to be rock hard, i don't want a shield of elastic skin or fluid retention
covering my penis like a shell.
 
Some dudes use fluid just for having a larger bulge but it only gets in the way of training imo. Do those rolls between sets to fight it and maybe do your manuals before your bathmate. That's what I would do if I still had my bathmate because I need to be worked and warmed for vacuum to realm catch my internals

How deep is your button hole player? How is the scar tissue in there shaped

Also i don't know what you mean by "button hole player" hehe.

Bathmate supersets is good for less fluid retention i have recognized. But since i started to use the bathmate i am now more prone to fluid retentions, even if i do ulis and this reverse kegel i talked about i can see the retention.
So currently i'm on a rest period to see if the fluid retention will disappear. I have to ensure you i have very minimal retention, but they are noticeable now, as they haven't been before. All i want is a penis with thin skin which is hard
directly to the touch, that also grows by exercises ;)

I have a theory. When you have reached your genetically maximal limit of blood your penis can hold, it will start to travel outside the tunica instead, just behind the skin. Those are the gains you can achieve when maximal limit is reached, but they doesn't count as real gains.
Anything you have to say about that?

Yeah dawg use firegoat rolls to reduce fluid , do rk in the bathmate to stay more erect which also combats fluid. The theory is accurate but its extracellular fluid not blood.

I dont bother waiting for fluid to subside though and I think it helped me with regard to the duration I retain it. Before it used to stick around for longer

Button hole is the end of your bellybutton, how deep is it? Mines about a centimeter and a half

I see. Ye i use both kegels and reverse kegels in the bathmate. But i haven't used bathmate for a time now, just wanna see what happens with the excessive or fluid state my penis takes.
Just wanna see what happens if it disappears ;)

My button hole is maybe 1 centimeter, perhaps a half more as you say. If you mean how far it is without compressing. If i push inward with my finger so my whole stomach compress, it's not 1 centimeter and a half, than it's a lot more ;)
 
Mines that deep if I do press down as far as I can 😊 i was just checking because i thought it felt weird that there was a little bubble under the skin. Its probably just lymph produced by my immune systems though. I went and jabbed my moms button hole to see if it was different but no she has that liquidy feeling too, only she says it feels uncomfortable to stick my finger in there.

Its all good with the fluid retention though bra, its basically the same type of liquid when you get a blister on any part of you. Its just a defense mechanism for when your body gets inflammation. Its good doe because it means you're stretching out the tunica good

Are you sure its reverse kegeling, so you do the "pooping" action? or are you kegeling

The penis will take on very little fluid when the SRT Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) are used. Excessive pumping will bring a huge fat cock but it will be all water retention. When we over-pump beyond retention the penis starts to take on blood from with the penis and it starts to come outward causing discoloration and bruising.

Yep. I'm using the motion you do to force out pee quicker. I use regular kegel to trap the blod, like when you stop the pee.

I have tried to tell you how to perform it in an earlier post if you remember :D
Templnite confirmed the motion and told me he uses it very effectively. So did i, but i haven't had time now to experiment enough with it. This motion for me brings out fluid retention single-handedly.

I have a tip for you regarding it, if you sit down on a chair while 100% erect it is much easier to do this, the muscles responds much better, at least it did for me. Try different positionings.
Maybe i mimic what you do when you sit on a tennis ball almost when i sit on a chair, which you do to relax the pelvic floor muscles, and if i do this while i push out i feel that it's more effective and responsive.

When you compress on your taint (bulb of penis)? Yeah I've done that too but I think that's getting into the realm of prostate stimulation so fuck that. Also I think that has to do with your bulb not being as firm anymore, it got used to being squished on the chair

Where would the fluid come from. Also yes sitting helps there's a position that helps with erections. Tried it last night, was weird lol
