Hey guys!
I've been using the bathmate at full pressure for 20 minutes non stop, but fluid retention is killing me. After the 20 minutes the tip of my foreskin is swollen as if it had peas inside.
It looks disgusting lol. But on top of the looks, it makes it impossible to put a condom on.

I haven't tried doing SSJs because I'm already killing it with 1200 jelqs at 80-90% erection level, I do 600 in the morning and the other 600 in the afternoon just before the bathmate session.

What should I do? I've thought about breaking it down to 2- 10 minute sessions one right after the other one, but I feel that the results wouldn't be as good.

Can any experienced pumpers shed some light on this?

Btw, I already know the ssj option, so we can skip it for now. ;)

Your thought about breaking it down to 10 minute sessions sounds doable.
I've got good expansion by breaking down the session, that "magic" 5x5x3 routine. Honestly, at times I've also slacked off with the SSJs but fluid retention is still minimal. The longer you are in the tube the more likely it is that you'll get fluid retention.

I've also done just light massaging and not SSJs. So, break it down a bit. ;) Happy gaining!
 
At what EQ are you entering the cylinder? I've found that my fluid retention is greatly reduced when my EQ is at its absolute highest for the entire leg of my session. As Ark mentioned, it's been accepted as a best practice to break-up a 15 minute session into 3 5 minute legs with jelqs/SSJ's in-between to compress/manage the ugly FR :)
Good luck, you'll find your sweet-spot and what works for you...just experiment
 
Also, don't go straight to max intensity. Start off at 30 or 50%, to get your cock ready. i've almost entirely eliminated fluid retention by doing three 5-8 minute sets in the bathmate, first starting at 30% and ending at 50%, second starting at 75% and ramping up to 100% and the third set starting at 95-100 and pushing the limits from there.

Also i alternate with ssj sets and sometimes clamping sets, and wear a silisleev and silicap in the pump. Game changer.

Don't go 20 minutes all in one go, break it up into 5 min or 10 min mini sets with light pressure to start with, building up with each set.

Also, don't go straight to max intensity. If you have a sleeve, wear it, if not, or you dont intend on buying one, use a condom.

You should also cut down ALLOT on all those jelqs, its ridiculous and wont get you anywhere faster.

They are nice for overall health benefits, like circulation, longer hang, and erection quality, but the amount you are doing is OTT, and take that however you like, speaking from 18 years experience doing this stuff.

Only need 100 total, do 50 in each set morning & afternoon, that leaves you plenty of energy in your dick for the SSJs when you use the bathmate.

I can see why you would feel shorter sessions might not be as good, but, it depends on contributing factors.
You will be using a powerful manual exercise called SSJ between the bathmate sets, that's INTENSE, and if you are using a sleeve or condom, the pressure can be managed better.

Longer sessions with a pump are not recommended, and those that do the maximum recommended of 20 mins have worked to it over quite some time, and need to use that longer time, as they will have already grown allot.

If your familiar with the gym, think about forced reps, negatives, they would not be used for someone new to weightlifting, but for men who have been at it years, and need more variety to get going again, it helps.

In time, a few weeks, you should be able to manage higher levels of pressure.

Very quick answer SRT and the solution is the 5×5×3. You’re pumping for too long. Using the 5×5×3 you’ll get your tissue expansion with no water retention??

I would guess so, or try it 50% to begin with, and work to that level.

I think the highest eq possible is what you want. But you can't squash it that hard when you're just getting used to the exercise. I had to do like a minute or kess per set the first week or two. And squashing at like 75%

With the SlowSquashJelqs start at 100% erect and then as you start doing the exercise your penis will subside to 80-90% and you’ll be able to get great expansion on the squash. It takes a couple moments for the penis to relax enough to get to 80 to 90% election. Be patient because is the best manual girth exercise possible.

When i started using BM i would also get crazy fluid retention up to an inch!

As i used it more i get no donot no fluid just gains

I've noticed that the fluid retention starts after about 16 minutes in the pump, so 10+10 would be perfect.

Red, what do you think about clamping before using the bathmate? When I first got it I was doing 3 sets of 15 but I stopped because it was taking way too much time.

I clamp and BM for my girth workout

5 mins clamp
5 mins bm
5 mins clamp
5mins bm
5mins clamp
5 mins bm

Easy, quick and you see the gains!

Clamping ensures you enter the BM thicker and it sure is satisfying every new BM set seeing your schlong climb higher on the measurement gauge
 
In fact, I was experimenting with longer sets in the BM. I was doing the same as above but 10 minutes for each component.

Did i see better results / more temp gains? Hardly. What I mainly observed was a much longer training duration, which takes more committment and sacrifice. Less is more - train hard and focused, slap a cockring on and be about your business and get on with the rest of your day.


This current workout is serving me well, I do it every 2 days. 1 day on, 1 day off. It is always fun, short, never a chore and is giving me good gains.
