Just finished a wicked clamp workout.
5 sets of 15 minutes clamped. During each set, I used hot wraps to keep my cock warm and pliable.
I did a lot of exercises while clamped... 4-5 horse squeezes (held for a full minute) and 20-30 second bends (in each direction).
I warmed up thoroughly beforehand and did a strong stretch session. Heard a tearing sound at one point. Whatever.
During the workout, my cock was getting nice and fat...even in between sets with the clamp loosened I still had some girthiness to my joint.
The thing is, afterwards I have some swelling going on. Some around the head (typical donut effect - yet not severe), and some around my base where the clamp was. I got almost a "peanut effect" going on.
Is this bad? Am I doing it too hard or something? I thought that fluid build-up only happens with pumping and the gains are fake since once the fluid goes down, so do the results. I don't know. My girth was really great during the workout...not thick enough for me, but you gotta start somewhere, right? If I keep this up, I'll be sure to gain, right?
