Just finished a wicked clamp workout.

5 sets of 15 minutes clamped. During each set, I used hot wraps to keep my cock warm and pliable.

I did a lot of exercises while clamped... 4-5 horse squeezes (held for a full minute) and 20-30 second bends (in each direction).

I warmed up thoroughly beforehand and did a strong stretch session. Heard a tearing sound at one point. Whatever.

During the workout, my cock was getting nice and fat...even in between sets with the clamp loosened I still had some girthiness to my joint.

The thing is, afterwards I have some swelling going on. Some around the head (typical donut effect - yet not severe), and some around my base where the clamp was. I got almost a "peanut effect" going on.

Is this bad? Am I doing it too hard or something? I thought that fluid build-up only happens with pumping and the gains are fake since once the fluid goes down, so do the results. I don't know. My girth was really great during the workout...not thick enough for me, but you gotta start somewhere, right? If I keep this up, I'll be sure to gain, right?

I do almost the same routine, except I usually do 5-6 sets 20 minutes each of bends and horse squeezes (very time consuming). You should see this thing after the workout....looks like a worn out battle ship and is bright red/bruised/swollen looking for the whole next day. A routine like this cannot be achieved everyday due to soreness so I try to do this everyother day, training length on the off days. Its very rare for me to not have fluid buildup after a workout like this so I can imagine that it is normal for us both to have to occurr. The problem is like you said......is this too much?

Remember to meassure erection angle. I have seen a loss of erection angle since I started getting serious abour girth... Probably just temporary, but still. I've only got one dick to play with this life.

Hmmmm....I have to say that you may be staying clamped too long, unless you are like Red and have been doing it for a while. 5 sets of 20 minutes seems like a huge amount of work. I've got a fluid build up too, and I seem to stay pumped all day, check out the constrictor guide for pointers on how to take care of your joint after a session. I've been taking hot showers after the workouts and then using baby oil to massage and get blood flowing again. Seems to work really well, that and I BE after my sessions, so the Test stays flowing. I would just be careful like decow sais you only have one dick to play with, so be very cautious with clamped work.

I've been doing clamped work for a long time now...almost a year. The fluid build up is really nothing serious...it already went away.

I'd like to do this workout everyday, but I don't know if it would be counter productive to do so. I just don't get the same expansion from jelqing. My dick really gets a beating from this workout. My erection angle hasn't changed.
