First to clarify, by flaccid girth exercises I don't mean exercises for flaccid girth... I mean exercises done while flaccid that will increase erect girth.

So anyway, I'm convinced there's a flaccid girth exercise that can have a huge impact on girth, but I haven't been able to find it. I say this because the first thing that ever gave me girth gains were Orange Bends (found at Thunder's), which are done while flaccid. Since then I've done extreme clamping... and I mean super extreme... and none of the gains have stuck. I would get massive expansion while clamped, but all of my gains have disappeared. It's very frustrating.

I'm convinced that stretching the tunica while flaccid is powerful, but I haven't found an exercise that will do it well enough. I've tried fulcrum stretching, which does give an intense stretch to the tunica, but it hasn't resulted in any sustained girth. I tried the same with bundled fulcrum stretches, but nothing there either.

I thought maybe there would be some experimental stuff over here that I haven't seen at Thunder's yet. I'm looking for something intense. Maybe someone more creative than me would be able to think up a powerful flaccid tunica stretch?
 
From my own experience, I keep making gains in base girth from using the length master to do bundled downward stretches. It works like this for everyone on here.

I've never heard about something like this and im pretty sure this kind of exercise doesn't exist.Girth work requires a high erection level.You need blood in your penis for girth work..Of course there are some exercises that will add a little bit of girth,for exemple stretching downwards will add some base penis girth but nothing significant.Never heard about flaccid girth work that will give you significant erect girth but i might be wrong,we should wait for our Lord and Savior DLD LMAO
 
Before I do my girth workout(jelqing for 30min + 5x3x3) I usually enter my penis in a flassid state into the Bathmate and pump it for 8min in hot water. That expands the tissues in another state than erect, warms up and prepares me for the workout. After my workout I enter again in a flassid state for 5min in ot water. Try it out and you ll see how your pensi responds. Btw: the above comment about "revealing secrets" is a total wrong if not retarded. Its all about information exchange nowdays there's no "we" and "they".

It may be a little more conservative, but there's still lots of good info there. You didn't like my post history? I've been a member here for years now I just rarely post.

I considered getting a penis extender for bundled stretches actually, but am short on money ATM. It's something I'd really like to try though. Have you only gained base girth from it?

I don't think you need blood in your cock for girth work... or at least you don't need to be erect. I've gained from them before (see Orange Bends). Also some people swear by stretching flaccid with a thing golf weight as a fulcrum for girth.

The thing is I think I've exhausted most erect girth work. The clamping stuff I used to do was so intense, and it didn't result in permanent girth. I'm also scared of getting more discolouration.
 
I think A-stretches hit width really well. I forgot the name of the exercise, but there's one where you just flop your dick up and down with a hand at the base, and the movement is supposed to increase girth to. Kind of like a helicopter, but just straight up and down.

I've always found erect work to be best for girth though. Doing erect girth work, edging (but not cumming), then wearing a cockring to keep the extra "plump" while flaccid is what I find to be most effective.

I also gained in overall girth but the gains at the base is far bigger.
 
The only girth gains possible while flaccid would be from heavy, downward stretching, hanging, SizeGenetics work or LengthMaster work and this will only bring base girth gains. In order to acquire overall girth gains it is important to work as close to erect as possible. Think of girth gaining like this. At 100% erect you are at your max girth now to get beyond this 100% mark you ned to cause expansion beyond 100%. If you are training at 80% erect you would need to cause at least 21% expansion to see 1% increase in girth. If you are training at 90% and get 20% expansion now you have 10% above normal, and so on. Girth requires consistent, temporary expansion to create permanent change.
 
Why do you say it would only bring base girth gains? You could target the whole shaft with the length master?

Anyway I'm giving erect bends another go. Trying the less is more approach this time.

Gentle bends can be a really good addition to a jelq routine

The length master gives overall girth but the base girth is bigger.

does girth exercise cause premature ejaculation.

Of course not..premature ejaculation is 90 % of the time mental...You can make yourself last 10-15 longer with the right breathing tehnique..try to breath slowly,take deep breaths,then exhale slowly..this helps alot...there are at least 5 very good methodes to destroy the Premature ejaculation.If you're interested i can list some,master mind.

Also PE helps a lot too..i don't know how,i think the Kegel exercise is the reason,but i can control when to cum or not...i can go 30-40 min without cuming,or i can cum in 20 seconds

Agreed. Also MasterMind, if you are wanting to gain lasting power grab a FleshLight, there os nothing better for this. Hide it so no one knows you have it. It comes in a plastic case that gives no clue to what is inside.
