SO i have gotten mos 5 phase routine. currently i am doing his beginner routine because dld said he needed to update the paysite one to match is newbie routine. i have taken out the jelqs and replaced them with the penilizer jelq device. also hve added 5 mins of pumping in between sets of jelqs.

has anyone else followed dld 5 phase routine?

Why would you do that?Don't use any jelqing device,those are dangerous,most of them are made in China ( no hate to chinese people ) and they are low quality.Always jelqing with your hands

I have tried the 5 phases routine a few years ago,i download it from the internet ( sorry DLD,didn't knew about MoS back then ) , i only did 3 phases,i stopped before the 4th,i can't remember the reason,but it was awesome.The 5 phases routine is very strong,i think i gained 0.5" in about 1 month.
 
Well shit man everything can't be made in Switzerland. About the five phases idk, srt is just as good no? I would ask you to describe it but I say no to piracy
 
Thanks for the replies guys. I normally do use my hands but i find the jelq device delivers way more intensity and less effort. I will take your advice and switch back to my hands. I at one point a couple months ago was able to do all of the phase one routine. Unfortunately i have been so busy with work i wasn't able to do it for a couple months but now i am back on. i have already cemented a half inch gain in the length department and half inch gain in the girth department as well. happy to report I have not lost any of my gains even taking a couple months off. so far i am in two weeks to the phase one program. I am also gonna try to incorporate the size genetics device after i am done with stretching.

so i remember reading some where that i should add tunica stretches in my routine to insure i am getting gains. Does anyone think i should add tunica stretches to all the 5 phases. DLD what do you think? Also how long should i wear cockring after girth training?

5 - 10 minutes of bundle stretches should be done before every workout to make the tunica more loose , this way you will gain faster.

A cock ring should be worn as much as possible.The more you wear it,the faster you will gain.After 1-2 h , the expansion will fade,take your cock ring off and throw in 5 min of jelqing or SSJ to re-gain the expansion and then put the cock ring back on.If you do this all day long and keep the expansion you will gain girth in no time.

As for the jelqing device i'm not saying it's bad,it's just i only trust things approved by MoS,i had bad experiences with no-name extender and pumps.You could injure your penis is something will go wrong with this device.Hands are 100 % safe because you can control the intensity and stuff.

I wish they did. We need higher quality products.

About the jelqs. Why a device in the first place. I can understand that it takes time and it may possibly be tiring but the hands have better control.
 
Thanks for the advice. I already have size genetics was just wondering if I should use it too, because I remember dld saying ads after stretching is good but he also says a cock ring after for girth is good too .

Yes its good after doing your manuals. Also same thing with cock rings.

You can do both in the same day,but not in the same session.For exemple,do length in the morning,and girth in the afternoon or evening.It's not that good to combine them into one set because they require diferent mindsets.After length you would want to wear an ADS ( SG at low tension is considered an ADS ) and after girth you would want to wear a cock ring to keep the expansion.Read the SRT.

Indeed. If able, use your SizeGenetics every minute you can. This, in addition to your other work, will bring gains so much faster. To understand this better for new guys, check out this thread: SRT

Wow, I see you were here last year. If you are still working on length, you need to buy the length master and the SiliStretcher. If you are low on cash, you can buy the length master only.

If you have exhausted the gains that can be made with your hands, you need to get a device to make things easier.
