Straight up, I have had the most terrible EQ over the past 2 weeks or so. I believe it's no coincidence that in the same time period, I developed plantar fasciitis, along with inflammation throughout my feet, ankles and lower legs. Aaaand I think that all of this is related to the fact that I had been neglecting to get regular exercise for some time before this developed.

Other parallel symptoms:
Cold feet even when it's not cold
Cold penis
Fewer and weaker erections
Smaller and thinner flaccid hang
Poor sleep, tossing and turning

It's all bad.

I haven't measured since before this all started, but i have been doing length work consistently, and hope my progress hasn't slowed, but the idea of girth work has seemed pointless with eq this terrible.

I have worked out the past 2 days and about to go make it 3 days straight and see if i can't trade in some inflammation for good circulation.

Anyone else noticed these correlations? Documented (or just noticed) how fitness and/or inflammation affect gains?

Correlations have been made between fitness and PE but they’re very loose to see the most. The parallel to each other in the sense that they have similar aching after training and progressive work in weight training is very similar to PE. But since there is only smooth muscle tissue any type of muscle association would be poor.

As far as inflammation goes that could be a very big factor in PE depending on where the inflammation is and how bad that it becomes. But even inflammation would not be directly related to the penis it would be a different part of the body that would influence the penis.

The biggest correlation would be people that take time off because of injury and lose uncemented gains. Across-the-board there is a correlation to when they re-start their training those gains come back immediately. So I tell people never to fear taking time off especially if you’re sick or you’re dealing with another issue.

The symptoms sound terrible, how long will this illness stick around? Have they put you on anti-inflammatories? Have you noticed any change in your penis aside from the weaker erection quality?

Best of health and speedy recovery to you @StonerWithABoner !

To continue with some fitness if possible. Sometimes issues arise for me when I've taken a pause, to staying active helps, like you must have noticed.
That being said, I'm sorry to hear of the issues!

Any medication so far? DLD asked that as well. From "natural" point of view, both pine apple and papaya have anti-inflammatory ingredients. (Bromelain in pineapple and papain in papaya.)
With pineapple you get the highest amount of bromelain with the woody center part.

You could try to massage your feet. There's a lot of acupuncture points on your feet. Overall I find massaging, even by yourself, helps in certain cases. Remember to go lightly in the beginning and not all massage has to be very deep tissue pounding type of massage.

My feet have been a lot more warmer as of late and erections have been better, so I would think there's certain correlation with the cold feet / legs and how it may affect your penile health.
Some believe good health starts from the feet.

Anyway, I hope you can recover quickly!

everything is connected and interdependent, inflammation will often 'pop-up' in the most vulnerable part of your body, (not necessarily the origin) and plantar fasciitis is no effin' joke! maybe look at your entire being from a holistic approach...start with diet, then rest, then exercise, then emotional health...it all starts in the brain.
You'll figure this out, I'm confident in that

A lot of good advice here I hope this is helping you. Please respond to let us know you’re getting this information.

@Big Schwanz Acht you said the magic words. Emotional health. I haven't had a whole lot of that lately to be honest, and it has occurred to me that's a driving factor, but I didn't mention thay because I don't really want to talk about it. But I did talk to a friend yesterday who I'm able to share certain things with, so that's a start.

@DLD i'm not on anti inflammatories, except for ibuprofen. My dick seems fine other than the shitty eq. I'm continuing to do length work.

Emotional Health above all things!

I'm unsure if you keep a PE journal or not. Keeping track of your emotional status when training can help with a situation as this, if it's mental fatique or physical fatique or both. Plantar fasciitis, I used get that when i studied TaeKwonDo. Had to do extra stretching of my foot and legs before class. Hopefully, its not a bone spur.

I’ve noticed a few brothers that are doing this now and I think it’s very smart because I think there is a parallel between emotional feelings and how quickly can we make gains. Keeping record of this is very smart.

A log can keep your mind 'on track' and not allow any 'stinkin' thinkin' to occur
