Today marks one month's worth of Penis Enlargement. One grueling month of beginning the Penis Enlargement process, which was mostly trial and error. I always assumed that if Penis Enlargement were real then every man around the world would be practicing with an overzealous obligation... Most men would KILL to have a bigger penis. Penis envy is rampant, and that is a fact. My personal reasons, well, are not that much different. I do not have a pencil dick, but I am not considered "big," not by a long shot. It started with some manual exercises, and then within a week of this I bought my Bathmate on impulse. The rest is history in the making. ;)

Last month on this day, I measured myself before my first Penis Enlargement workout, and the pre-Penis Enlargement measurements were as follows:

BPFSL: 7"
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.5"
EL: 6"
FL:4"
EG: 5"
FG: 4:

Again, not too shabby. I was already content with what I had, but I figured why not double the pleasure and double her fun? Last month, I followed the newbie's routine with stretching and jelqing + Bathmate(super-set).

In the last 3 weeks, I have done the same workout but with a slight modification. I do all stretches as prescribed for 30 seconds. The second set becomes 35 seconds, and the third set is 40 seconds. At the end of each stretch I do rotary stretches. 15 cranks clockwise and 15 cranks counter-clockwise.

I recuperate for a couple of minutes before charging into my girth routine. I get my movies on to maintain a high level of arousal and get my tub of Vaseline for my jelqing. What I personally do is watch a movie and get aroused to the erection level that I prefer. I jelq with a semi-erect penis that near the erect level. Also, I like to keep my jub of Vas. near the vents of my laptop as this softens it and keeps it warm. :) I jelq with an underhand grip because it just feels more comfortable. I understand that the overhand grip grabs more base of the penis, but I tried it so many times; it doesn't feel right. When I jelq underhand, I do my best to get to the very extreme base of the penis, and go upwards. I do this for 5 minutes, then get my Bathmate and pump at max pressure for 5 minutes for 1 set, which is done 3 times. I even do just a little bit of DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches, and that shit is intense! lol

Now, here are my results from my first month of Penis Enlargement:

BPFSL: 7"
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.6"
EL: 6.2"
EG: 5.3"(Mid-shaft); 4.5" at the very base.

I can't tell my FL + FG atm. I swear, the change in size fluctuates every so often idk how I can get an accurate measurement each and every time lol. But, I can tell you that it hangs slightly lower more often. Sometimes it hangs high as well, but I've noticed instances of my flaccid and balls hanging lower and plumper. Aside from the small but inspirational gains, my penis is a lot stiffer, so EQ has improved. :D

I intend on going back to work tomorrow. I'll admit that I slacked heavily last week(only got one day) and my last session, which was Sunday. Well, between the job and school I have a good reason. :blush: But I am going to SLAM it tomorrow so it doesn't forget its main objective: to grow!

And to close, I a few questions to ask. When I stretch, so I have to pull my foreskin down? I stretch right above the head, but I keep the skin on. I tried pulling the skin down, but it is uncomfortable. It's not so much the sensitivity that comes with having foreskin, but the fact that it's always so slick. I tried to dry with with a paper towel or something, but I never get that good pull. Is it a deadly sin if I prefer to stretch with the foreskin, as long as I do it with the intensity needed to pull my ligs and tunica?

For the base of the penis, is it typical that most guys' penises are thicker in the shaft and slim down towards the base? I'm not worried, since luckily most of my girth is in the upper and middle of my shaft, so that thickness will do the penetration, and not much my lower shaft regardless. But I trust that since I jelq as low as I can and all the way to the bottom of my head, the inflicted area gets targeted?

And when would it be safe to move onto clamping? Because I had a curious experiment during one of my off-days. I simply took a shoe string and tied it at my extreme base for like a minute or two(didn't want to hurt myself!). Within ~30 seconds, my penis became super engorged and veins are popping out like crazy, even more so than when I jelq. That next morning, I measured my morning wood and my girth hit 5.5 at its thickest point! Today, I was at 5.3 but I am interested in clamping. Of course, a lot of people advise newbies to not even think about a serious clamping session until they have "several" months of Penis Enlargement experience on their belt. What is your take on the matter?

I'm after thickness too. I've got a bigger than average length but a girth that could do with a bit of fattening up.

Stretching with the foreskin over the glands is ok, I think. I'm not much of a stretcher but like you, doing it with the foreskin pulled down is uncomfortable.

And I actually think that, with me at least, the base is the thickest part. Or it was the thickest. My centre part is now swelling to be the girthiest. Its my tip just underneath the glands that is the thinnest for me.

As for clamping. I'm not sure. I would advise waiting a few months as instructed. Better safe than sorry.
 
Hey man congrats on the gains. I am a newbie too only been at it for 1 1/2 weeks now. I think I have a very similar mentality as you and am starting from pretty much exactly where you are so it is really motivating to see your gains. Thanks for this post.

One question for you. What do you do with your foreskin when you jelq? Do you keep it forward or pull it back. If you pull it back how do you do it? I've been trying different techniques to keep it back and its been tricky. I feel like this is my biggest stumbling block as far as getting good workouts are concerned.
 
Excellent gains! It looks like you are slowly converting fs to el, that is a great sign. You may want to include some erect stretching in the boost that a bit more. Are you using the SizeGenetics in between stretching sets?
 
Sorry for being two weeks late. To answer your questions: I do not retract my foreskin. Though, I have done a jelqing session with it retracted. To me, it does not make a difference and if anything, when my skin is not pulled back I can gauge better how well I am jelqing, as I can see my veins exploding with blood.

And a quick update: just finished a workout and to my delight, after one week off of Penis Enlargement for personal reasons, I did very well! I did 2 sets of jelqing and 3 sets of Bathmate, 6 minutes each. I would have done 3 sets of jelqing, but I just couldn't get it up lol. So, I did another set of Bathmate again! First two sets were consistent, around ~195 when maxed up, but my final set had my penis go just a little above the 200 mark! Fucking awesome! I also did some kegels during my Bathmate sessions, nothing to complicated or anything. Do you think that could have possibly made a difference?f

Also, I read your thread based on the SRT theory and I am interested in trying some of it out. As we speak, I have the rim of a condom on the base of my penis to keep this engorgement that I have going(I am actually engorged for once!). Plus, I have no boxers on and my sweats are rolled down to let my thang freely swang. Is the condom rim a good substitute until I get an actual cock ring? Hey, I guess this thread accidentally got missed, that's why I'm going to update it! =P

Yesterday I had an awesome workout! I warmed up and did three Bathmate supersets: 6 minutes of jelqing + 6 minutes of Bathmate. My dick was SORE after yesterday's working, and tonight I'mma come back for some more.

I have made amazing progress with my Bathmate. Yesterday, during all three sets I hit at least 200. When I first started using the Bathmate, I could only hit 170 at best. My last set was ~210(it's hard to approximate since the measurements end at 200).

I am also more than happy to report that I finally have FR. Now, I know that it is something that usually celebrated, but to me my donut ring symbolizes progress. When I first started using the Bathmate, I complained about how I never got FR. I got the donut ring, and my base got some FR too(though, I think it was inflammed due to the rings in the gator grabbing on it, mainly when I stood up and let the Bathmate hang down and do some expressive stretching.)

I also tried the testicle health massage for the first time, too, since I want my penis to hang lower when flaccid as well. I did just what the description told me to do--I think. I grabbed some lotion and pulled my balls down and massaged them. then I massaged the "fluid" in the sack: I simply rubbed the entire scrotum in a massaging motion and 60 seconds, and I guess that's how you do it right? And then it told me to grab my balls from the bottom and with my other hand, grab my penis and pull the balls down and the penis up. I "yank" the balls down and my penis up. And I do all of these exercises in front of a space heater on low heat, because I remember reading here that the scrotum reacts well to heat. Can someone please verify that I am doing this correctly?

And another question: I just noticed that I need to increase the base of my penis girth wise. When I jelq, I go to the extreme bottom but I don't know if it is hitting my base well. It feels like my grip just lightly slides up until it reaches the shaft, which, in my case, is thicker than my base. Are there any exercises specifically targeted for the base? Or should I rest well and put faith in my Bathmate and jelqing? Most guys say their base is thicker than their shaft...sadly that's not me. It sounds like good progress! Celebrating FR is a bit odd but I get your drift:) Testicle Health Massage and Stretch is very simple, don't make it complicated, follow the directions and you will be fine. To know for sure it is smart to pick up the MOS DVD or Website Program, seeing is priceless. Expanding the base of the penis through girth work is tricky. If you are doing heavy downward stretches your base girth will increase automatically. Also, look into Expressive Stretching, as this help expose internal penis that is pretty thick when it appears.

Indeed I am getting closer with each Penis Enlargement work out I complete, and my ability to complete my workouts with confidence, knowing I put everything into it, has improved tenfold.


It's almost time for me to measure up again and see if I have gained any. I'm not expecting much since i missed two weeks of Penis Enlargement about two weeks ago, lol. But I finished a workout yesterday and got some nice, temp. girth. I don't have a cock ring atm so I just use the rim of a condom to hold in the temporary expansion.

Things with my Bathmate have been going well. I have been constantly hitting a little over 200 with all of my Bathmate superset sessions(when full pumped to the max and not even a splash of water can leave my Bathmate. Usually, my penis reaches the top the most on my third and final 6 minute set. I want to know if this translate to actual gains, both length or flaccid OR if it's actually just internal penis that is being pulled, resulting in what appears to be a bigger dong in my Bathmate. And one quick concern that I'm sure can be easily addressed: my comfort ring is starting to give! I noticed that the ring was tearing easily when I began to walk around the house with my Bathmate attached to max. pressure. Can I still use the Bathmate without the comfort ring(I'd imagine it would be painful) or is that why people are buying those sleeves?

And I've been concluding every workout with the testicle health massage. I can't conclude if it has improved my flaccid hang yet, BUT it has definitely helped in my sperm count. I usually subside to about 90% when SSJ'ing. I start erect but it always drops eq a bit after I start.
 
A little late on my update, sorry. Better late than never, though. :cool:

My second month of Penis Enlargement has been GREAT, and my penis, now with more vascularity and size, can do all of the talking.

I feel like I am really mastering the jelq: I can just feel all of that blood rush to the top of my penis, pushing my penis' ability to hold more blood to the limit and promoting all of those good micro-tears that heal up. I also now kegel as much as I can during the jelq; it REALLY helps to ensure that I stay hard throughout the workout. I feel like it's time for me to move on the next level and try to perfect DLD's SSJs.

I might do that tomorrow morning. My local gas station sells them individually for like a buck, I think... but it would feel weird if there were a bunch of people in the store as well.
