Pull your dick out infront of you and kegal. Start from doing it straight up and lower the angle. At the moment your penis no longer retract from the kegal that is your LOT. We name lot in clock form ie; say your LOT is pulling straight out infront of you then your LOT is 9 o' clock.
See LOT test Clarification (use the search button). I was told (by a mod) that my lot was 6 and that i should change to tunica exercise exclusively. Nothing was happening for me so I sent BIB (the lot test inventer). After a couple pm's it was discovered that my LOT was indeed 8:30...not 6:00. When i switched back lig work the gains started up again.
Some will tell ya that this is just a theory (i realize that it is) and that it is just a basis for a healthy routine (thats exactly what it is for me) to which i say...if its working don't mess with it.
I hate to be redundant and keep referring to Bib but he certainly has more credability than me so one again i'll quote BIB . You STILL have lig potential until you get down to a lot of 6.
Granted growth will probably be slowing down a bit with a LOT of 7 if you are doing lig exercises only. My LOT is 8:30 so I still concentrate on lig potentail with a few tunica stretches and hang sessions thrown in just to make sure all bases are covered.
First big 8 you do NOT go by feel for the lot test. You have to SEE it tug back. Re check your lot.
Second this is just a theory not an absolute.
If you have low lot 6-7.30 then you would need to do mostly tunica exercises or exercises above your lot. If you are stretchingstretch straight out our straight up. same with jelqing.
After you have done this for a couple of months recheck your lot. The upward angles will change your lot over time and you can switch back to the lower angle exercises for lig work which usually yeild faster growth. Take heart man, don't let this or any other theory hinder you. YOU CAN GROW.
